    I've decided to write this review after having the worst carpet installation experience of my life. I hired Dearborn Carpet back in Nov 2022 to replace my upstairs carpet. A few days after installation, the carpet started coming off and different lines would appear almost everywhere. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue and false promises to fix it, they decided to send someone in February (4 months later). The person that came replaced a few carpet pieces and mentioned this is the best he can do. I was hoping the result would be different, but in fact it made it worse. More and more areas are popping up and the new replaced carpet turned out to be worse. One piece between two rooms was completely ripped off after vacuuming. I completely lost trust in their quality, installation and service. They tried to blame it on the manufacturer, and said that I will have to wait until they file a claim. I've had enough dealing with their lies and I already gave them two chances to make it right and fix the issue but they failed. They've caused a lot of stress to me and my family. Not to mention lost wages and pay every time they said we are sending someone to fix the carpet, and I had to take a day off from work just to wait for that someone. Guess what!!! That someone never showed up three different times. I finally decided to go to ********** and purchase a new carpet. I asked Dearborn Carpet to come and remove their bad carpet and fully refund my money. They refused to do that and ignore my attempt to return the product and get a full refund.
