    I went to this location for the first time 3-28-22 I called them twice before I came to ask what the cost would be and was not given an answer. I had been going to a previous company for several years. My taxes are very simple, only took around 10 -15 minutes and was charged $250 which was ridiculous, which was 5 times more than what I paid in the past. I did not say anything at the time, but would not return again. I was given a envelope and left. I looked later and there was only a few pieces a paper in the envelope. They did not put my original documents or even copies and no instructions showing me how to pay the Michigan taxes. I called and said I did not receive my documents back and she said I didn't request, which is so unprofessional and asked about how do I pay the taxes for Michigan. I went back to the office and they provided the envelope to send and copies. I told her I was not happy with their service and my taxes were not done correctly. I looked at my previous taxes, she put me as Single not Head of Household, I told her that is not correct and I would have to do an amendment. I asked to speak to the District Manager when I came to the office and have emailed him twice also, which I don't even know he was even told, R***** acted like she didn't want me to speak to him, everything was an excuse. I want to get the $250 refunded for this experience and I have an appointment with another tax office which i have to pay to correct.
