  /Incorrect Return Date and Unfair Billing I leased a car from this company, but unfortunately, they recorded the wrong return date. As a result, I received an outrageous bill.Despite my efforts to provide proof, including a receipt from the dealership and dated photos/videos, the company refused to acknowledge the error. When I contacted the dealership, they confirmed that they had provided the correct return date and even reminded me that I had filled out the necessary paperwork.Over the course of several months, I engaged in a frustrating back-and-forth with the leasing company, trying to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach a satisfactory resolution.Beware of billing errors and uncooperative customer service

  Called customer service for help with a payoff letter, I was told to wait for the next statement. I was asked for a payoff letter to one cancel the current ext. warranty car and two to get a new vehicle loan, i was then again told to wait. when called again I was hung-up 2 times and no resolution was made. I paid the loan off 3 days ago and this business refuses to provide a letter stating the fact. Instead they want me to wait 7 days in order for me to get something showing that and until i get that I am not able to move on or purchase a new vehicle

  Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. They will not let me pay my credit card payment via bank account any more. I have been attempting to pay my bill for almost a week and my payments keep being 'canceled' including my auto pay. Thats after receiving emails saying my payment has been confirmed.

  Here's a more structured and professional version of your review while keeping the frustration and urgency intact:---I am extremely disappointed with Ally Financial Services. They falsely reported two missed payments on my credit report, despite the fact that I was granted an extension during a financial hardship, as confirmed by their own representatives. When I contacted them to address this issue, I was given the runaroundno one was available to speak with me, and I was told that a "higher-up" would call me in ***** hours, which I highly doubt will happen.This companys practices are deceptive and damaging to consumers' credit. They need to be held accountable for their actions. I urge the BBB to investigate their handling of customer accounts and reporting practices before more people suffer unnecessary credit damage.

  STOP! Don't use this company. Even if you have bad or fair credit, the punishment you will receive from this company is despicable. Should be illegal. And forget speaking to a **************** *** you can understand. They'll just hang up on you when you question why they tacked on an additional $170 when you paid the balance in full. A $7900 car cost me $11,400 using this company and I paid it off two months after I bought it.

  This is the worst financial institution in the world. I paid off my automobile loan in full and they continued to bill me via auto pay information they had on file. These people have procedures in place to punish people who pay off their loans. Make your final payment and they enter the payment date MONTHS AFTER you close the account so they can continue to bill you. They are a bunch of thieves and have ZERO BUSINESS ETHICS !

  This the worst instituation ever to work with. never do anything they say and they take forever to do what is asked. I asked to get a letter just to register my car in a new state and its been 3 months and still have no letter..

  Ally Financial is intentionally delaying payment of an insurance claim to cause more fees and interest to accrue by failing to provide a final payoff that was available in December of 2024.Initially they ignored my notifications that the vehicle was stolen and that insurance would cover the loss. Only in February did they acknowledge it.They keep saying they're working on it and are aware of my complaint, but they've exhausted my patience. Since the claim is too much for small claims court, I have asked the insurer to prepare a legal claim.

  TRASH TRASH AND MORE TRASH. I AM GETTING AN ATTORNEY TO DEAL WITH THESE WORTHLESS CLOWNS AND PRAY THEY WILL NO LONGER BE IN BUSINESS.THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SCAM ARTIST.

  This bank is pathetic! I called in to pay off my car and asked to talk to a manager. They send me through to a manager I asked the manager if they coukd reverse the late fees that were $427 and some change due to me having serious medical problems. The only answer i got was well those are computer generated. I called her out on her bull****! Told her they have no empathy or compassion and all they cared about was their money and she hung up on me. I really hope they s**** up again so I can sue them. Worst bank I've ever dealt with in my life. I'll NEVER accept another loan through this trash bank!
