    Hard to believe how bad this company is. Their estimated ship dates on the website are completely untrue and should be ignored. Communication is slow, if they get back to you at all. How have they not been sued?

    I ordered a couch from Floyd 6 months ago. It's been half a year. I have sent multiple emails and they're being ignored. This is getting ridiculous. Are you guys scamming me? Why are you guys not responding to me?IT'S BEEN 6 MONTHS NOW. We have had an empty living room since we moved in. The original shipping estimate was 8-10 weeks...Order #R194428 5/23/2024 6. Months.

    This company is awful! There is absolutely no customer service, it takes at least 48 hours for a reply from their chat bot. They take your money in minutes and you receive no status update, estimated delivery, literally zero information on your order. I placed my order more than six weeks ago and still havent received anything. Despite my order not having been shipped, Im unable to cancel? Really wish I came to the BBB before giving them my money. Honestly someone needs to shutdown this poorly run tech company pretending to be a furniture shop. I dont even want this couch anymore. Dont be fooled by the positive reviews, they delete all the others.

    I placed an order for a sectional couch 6 weeks ago, my order status is still listed as unfulfilled. I have messaged floyd on Instagram & emailed them. They told me someone with their CX crew would be reaching out to me today and I have yet to hear anything from anyone.They appear to delete bad reviews and comments on their ************ is disappointing the lack of professionalism and customer service coming from their end with the price at which they sell their furniture.I am hopeful they will update me and provide a clearer idea of when my couch will be delivered.

    I placed my order 6.5 weeks ago (Aug. 14 - Order R197554). The initial shipping estimate was 2-4 weeks, but I have yet to receive my order, and communication has been incredibly difficult and full of empty promises. On Sep. *********************************************************** 1 week. That was a lie... 1 week passes and on Sep. 20 they delayed it again and say a shipping date would be provided after within another week. On Sep. 24, they tell me my "order has been completed and was shipped out on 9/23" but that was a lie because on Sep. 27, they tell me my order has yet again been delayed.... this time to the week of Oct. 18. They keep delaying my order and I am trying to cancel it. Based on other reviews, it looks like they may give me a hard time canceling. Floyd Team, please cancel my order and do better. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had, especially when other direct to consumer brands have never let me down like this before.

    I placed my order over two months ago. The initial shipping estimate was 2-3 days, but I have yet to receive my order, and communication has been incredibly difficult. Whenever I do manage to get a response, Im told the shipping date has been delayed again. Now, Im not receiving any replies to my emails, chats, or phone calls. To make matters worse, their products arent even cheap and always arrive with something damaged. I will be initiating a chargeback on my card.

    I originally purchased a king size bed frame from Floyd. The photos were AMAZING. The system made sense. It was lovely. Over the next year, the wood began peeling and chipping. I reached out and was met with a very helpful customer service *** that sent out (1) new board frame. After that, I noticed all of the wood was peeling on each frame- I was then offered $300 to Floyd as a consolation. I then was in need of a new couch. Again, the photos and marketing got me goooood. I purchased the form sectional the first week of January and received it in late March 2024. The delivery team that arrived tried swindling me out of money saying that they could set it up for an additional cash fee. I declined. Once I received the couch, I noticed there are many lumps, misalignments of the seams, different sizing of the pieces, and overall fabric stretching and it is only September. I feel cheated out of my new couch. I feel like this couch will maybe make it a year and almost $4k later, I am left with a lemon. It is not pet and kid friendly what-so-ever- which they clearly state on their website. The boucl fabric is more like a chenille. I could go on. The other issue is that the cost of the extended warranty is half as much as the couch, so they push people out of purchasing the extension after they shell out thousands of dollars. I am so disappointed.

The Sectional is under warranty, so if you feel that there are manufacturing defects at play, we will be happy to take a look. We just ask that you send us detailed photos of the issue and we can see what we can do. Please note that our warranty does not cover issues due to pets or children, which would be considered wear and tear. We do do our best to design fabrics to stand up to normal use, but we do caution on our website that "While some fabrics are treated to be stain resistant, they are not stain-proof please be sure to follow our care and cleaning instructions (found in the *** linked below) to best tackle any pet mishaps as soon as possible." We never want you to be surprised or disappointed with your fabric, which is why we also offer the option to order free swatches before you purchase. Thanks, *******.     #R196861 Bedframe + headboard Placed this order July 28th, 2024. It is now August 28th, 2024 and I have called their customer service number many times today. No one ever answers. Wrote them an email. That will take till next week for them to ***ly because they really slow roll their responses. After seeing many complaints about them here I'm very worried that Floyd may string me along for months to come. Reaching a customer service *** should be simple. They've made it impossible.

    I feel very conflicted writing this. Im a designer by trade so it was really important for me to find a sofa that looked good and fit my needs. I looked for a year before finally settling on a sink down sectional from Floyd. I loved the fabric options. I loved the form. Its a great looking piece! I ordered my sofa from Floyd in March of 2024 with a ***** ships by date. That was BEFORE I read reviews about Floyd. Of course I immediately felt something drop in my stomach expecting the worst. However, the week after my ships by window passed I reached out and got a response with an apology and a voucher for store credit. I ended up using this to order pillows which arrived less than a week later. Around the same time my sofa arrived to the delivery team. Floyd has been super helpful getting me in touch with the shipping company who have not been ideal. However whenever Ive had a question for either Ive gotten a. Same day response and additional clarity when theyve been prompted. While the delivery service has been slower than I would have liked, they have been good about providing me updates (again, when asked.)I feel bad because obviously Floyd has a reputation online as being not up to snuff, but Im sorry to say Ive only been throughly impressed with how forthcoming and helpful theyve been during this process. Theyve proven my expectations wrong and Im really happy with their product. Im giving them 4 stars because i do think they have a good product, but one star because I think they need to find a new shipping partner that.
