      On this day I contacted the insurance company asking why my prescriptions have been denied, and they wanted to send me over to the pharmacy Optum for a explanation, I then said no and asked for a supervisor, they told me they was busy. I then said I would wait, So anyway, I have been getting a Symbicort inhaler for 3 years and they bee covering and I stopped using there pharmacy and they stopped covering it, I called and asked for a prescription reason and they said *** has not study research, so I then asked for another , they said they would send me over to the pharmacy and they could give me I got the names of the 3 medication and I had the doctor write a prescription for Fluticasone and they denied that, it cost me ***** the other 3 was 175 and up. I got a letter from bcbs saying it was not covered and they filled a temp supply, I called and asked why and they ran me around and then said the prescription needs to be for 3 month supply. So I then called ****** and they told me it was not wrote at 3 months and they don't check for best price or didn't offer information about getting it cheaper. I feel ****** was price gouging and insurance should of said it needs to be a 3 month supply instead of a long letter saying nothing
