Often when I order carry out, my order is incomplete. But this time I ordered an omelette and it looked like scrabbled egg parts with meat and cheese. I called to the restaurant to let the manager know the cooks work. I told her I didnt want my money back I just had enough and wanted her to know. Instead of apologizing and being professional, she denied that my complaint was valid. She told me that if I feel like this I should never come back, that they flip their omelette so we so Im lying and that she is the manager of this place. I said so is this how you conduct business, you think ** taking time out my day to file a verbal complaint for nothing. She said yes this how I handle business and my business and doing quite well! I then said, Ill just have to write a review and she told me to go ahead and that it wouldnt hurt her business. Its like once I told her I was from the community that her business is in, she started to get rude, which makes me think she is racist toward black people of have a stereotype. Its okay if we spend our money, and to give a compliment but its not okay to let you know how something isnt write. Not to mention, my family stomachs has been hurting all day since eating from here! Im not sure whos cooking today or how well theyre storing their food but something isnt right with this place. The owner has a evil spirit and she laughed my complaint off. Every customer to this business is black! And she doesnt even have respect for us! What makes this place special? Coney Island is Coney Island, people just feel safe to dine in here but you can get the food and even better from another coney. She doesnt deserve a customer based business because she doesnt know how to treat us when something isnt right with our food. Is all good until it isnt.
