In February of 2020 I took my ** to radic ** repair shop ****** told me that he could fix my ** asked me for $80 which I gave them for down payment on on the ** to be repaired I called a week later to ask about my ** was fixed he told he me that he did not have the parts that he need it he told me he would try to get the parts in the next following week I called again I get the same response that he could not get the part that I need it for my ** and I got this respond every time I called him about my ** November cane he still did not have the part for the television 2021 came and here it is 2022 and I still have not gotten my television from him and when I called him this year I got the same respond my ** is sitting right here but I do not have the part for your television and I was told by ha if I try to take him to court he will move his little ** repair shop and I won't get nothing I asked if I could come and get my ** and get my money back that I gave him and I was told no I would like to get my ** back and my money that I gave him if he does not have my television I would like the money that I paid for that television and my deposit that I gave him
