      Order an item and they pretended to make it and ship it. Neither of which was true. When I finally got through to customer service over email (their customer service number is fake on their website, its not set up to receive calls!) they offered a gift card for another item. Their business seems to revolve around taking orders for items that they never intend to make and then directing you to posters or stickers that they have already produced by refunding you with a gift card. Very disgusting business practice, but be forewarned if you chose to order anything from this company.

      **************** is trash. Ordered an item. ****** inserted wrong address. Emailed i..ediaty what happened. Was told in production its too late. Well if youre making it it hasnt shipped yet so should be fixable. So now a 3 dollar sticker that cost me 50 i will lose if i dont drive for an hour and a half to intercept. If i get it at all. I'll probably just be out my money.

      They have the worst customer service. Their products arent cheap so you expect stellar customer service. I purchased a head and it was completely not what I asked for and after several attempts to tweak the mock up no response. Then I leave a review on their website (which they deleted). Only to get a lying response that their emails were sent but my email blocked them. Which is completely fabricated as I got their confirmations and marketing promos on top of the response to my review. So no my email is not blocking them. They have no call center and now I have this product that I need for my daughters graduation and its nothing what I wanted and they are doing nothing about THEIR mistake except lie. They shouldnt do that to their customers, never ever recommending them for our team or our schools.

      I made a purchase and when I got the confirmation email, I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. I tried to change it online with no luck. I then contacted customer service and was told they cant help me. I told them the order wasnt processed yet please just update the shipping address. I received the same reply no. I hope the person at the incorrect address enjoys their products.

      I wish I read the reviews here before ordering. AWFUL. Do not go to this business. There is no customer service phone number, chat or otherwise to get any issues resolved. Products are not as advertised and you are only offered a gift card in response. Review left on their website but I highly doubt it will get posted.

      I would've left 0 stars if that was an option. I was given a coupon that I couldn't use. I ordered two fatheads of the exact same size. I received one at the correct side. The other was a full foot shorter than what I ordered and paid for. There is no phone customer service. They ensure that you can't truly have an effective two sided communication. The only option is an online chat. I was told they provided me the proof and I ok'd it so they can't fix an issue due to buyer's remorse per policy. I shared with them my order which proves I paid for the larger size. I was furthermore told that I should've asked them to increase the head size. Honestly?! I'm supposed to know to ask them to do what I paid them to do to make the picture into the head size I asked for and paid for? I asked for a manager to call me. I was told I could expect an email in 72 hours. This meant I would not be getting it fixed by senior night and they were not planning to call me or rectify the situation. I wasn't asking for free product, a change in product. I only wanted them to send me the size that I paid them for. This did not happen. The only thing I got was I'm sorry you aren't happy but per policy we can't do anything. Do NOT EVER order from this company!

      "*********************. Product is NOT reusable, ripped off all the paint once we tried to move it. Contacted customer service and had to have a 4 day back of forth conversation just for them to tell me that they cant do anything but offer a 20% discount off a new fathead (which clearly I will not be using) and informed me that their products actually only have a lifespan of 1.5-2 years which is a crazy amount of money to spend on just a giant sticker that will ruin your walls. I will continue to write my reviews on every platform possible to warn anyone to not waste their money!"

      The customer services and business practice of Fathead is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I placed an order with Fathead and after following up numerous times, Fathead admitted there was an error on their part with the ordering process. They proceeded to try and ********** the order out after I explained that I wanted a refund only to avoid the refund. I then was told they would remedy the issue and expedite the item. They then back-peddled and told me tough that they did everything right and I was not going to be issued a refund. Fathead went further to tell me they will fight me if I dispute the charge. I am out the money for the product and still have not received the product. Fathead is a poorly run company and has no concept of how to treat customers. Especially considering the customer base is children. I would tell anyone that comes across their false advertising to avoid them as they are taking money for delivering nothing but a bad experience and no end product.

      I receive nothing but the worst customer service from ******************** and cannot get my issue resolved. I received a broken, blurry, bubbly acrylic mural and they wont simply give me my money back. I worked in a print shop for years and have been a graphic designer most of my life. I know how the product should look and I know I created and exported the product properly. I only ordered the acrylic since they gave me a gift card from the last order that was done completely wrong. I thought I would give them a second chance, but turns out that was a huge mistake. I have sent multiple emails with no results so I asked them to escalate my issue, another mistake. I should have just taken the gift card they originally offered me. Now they state that it will take up to 2 weeks to get back to me! If the problem is escalated it should not take 2 weeks to fix. I am unable to wait for 2 weeks for something I need now, so I asked them to simply give me another gift card so I can get a different product. Now they wont even get back to me. Its complete silence. They should at least respond to me email. I need the product now. All I want is for this to be resolved so I can move on. I have lost countless hours dealing with Fathead. I will not stop until I get my money back or a gift card for a new product. This is completely unacceptable. One of the worst parts about it is that the company refuses to give me a phone number to talk to someone. Im not one to complain, but this is really poor business. I am not willing to accept a destroyed low quality product that cost me a good amount of hard earned money.

      I would give them zero stars if I could. They sent a stand up image that was a foot shorter than what I purchased and wouldn't redo it for me. I didn't want a $15 credit as I never want to purchase from them again. Some person named "****" said I had buyer's remorse instead of really trying to address the issue. Don't make the mistake I did and not read the BBB comments! You have a new reply for Case CASE8990 - "#****** Size difference"Hello, We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process a replacement for customer errors such as buyer's remorse, especially given the fact that the final size of the product was depicted within the proof as well.
