    Negative stars. ******* ******** and ****** Hennteman refuse to communicate with tenants on safety from their own hired maintenance workers who sexually harass us, do cocaine off the sink, lose our keys or take them home personally, refuse to print keys for ***** wont deal with pest control for the ant and cockroach infestation, refuse to fix the washers that flood the whole basement when its used, wont fix the doors to mailboxes, will not disclose why they caused their OWN ******************** (bc the coke and *** harassment maintenance man caused it) they refuse to respond to maintenance request, answer the go home, respond to vmail, texts, or emails. These fools need to go back to school to learn how to do basic business like communication. They should lose their LLC license. *** didnt respond to us not having heat for 7 weeks in Feb 2024. Then let it go again until it actually got fixed in December bc they dont hire professional people, or hire reputable companies to help. *** ******** outsources MTH bc he cant manage his own company ***************** yet continues to buy buildings he cant afford to take care of.

    They have put my friend through h*** She lives in a basement unit that flooded right when she was going to move in. They claimed the flood damage had been repaired, but the unit is still dank. And it flooded again last week. The unit is also unsafe. They painted her windows shut and she saw an unhoused person sleeping in the laundry room.

    *** lived in the same apartment for the past 3 years and I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay at any property that is managed by MTH Management. Each time that I have had a maintenance issue it has taken them at least three weeks before hearing from anyone, and thats after contacting management twice. I contacted maintenance regarding my AC in my apartment not working. They told me to contact management. I contacted management they told me that there wasnt anything they could do that day since their maintenance guy was off. It was 76 degrees in my apartment at 8:00am!!! They told me that the earliest they could have someone come out was Wednesday because they were in the middle of transitioning to new management. This is unacceptable. Additionally, the elevator doesnt work consistently and theres a lack of care regarding tenants safety. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay at any of the properties managed by MTH.

    I currently reside at Cherry Grove Apartments which was taken over by MTH and it was already bad with kmg prestige but we've gotten the worst of the worst with MTH, they do not care about their tenants, not to mention they verbally tell you things just to shut you up, they made a couple updates to open units but nothing to occupied ones unless you put in a maintenance request, then it still doesn't get done, water is always being shut off when doing minor repairs instead of just shutting off the individual unit, no notice of upcoming construction being done in the building, no common curiosity for those that work outside of the normal work schedule, you get to smell marijuana, cigarette, even though it's not permitted in the building, trash all over the place cause they won't get the roll off dumpsters removed from the property, no s**** given here by anyone, not management, but the owner, not even the tenants. It's turned into a real s*** whole. This is by far as of now had been the worst place I've ever lived, so if you don't care about your living conditions and love obnoxious noisy environment this is the place, oh and let's not leave out that they jacked up the rent to$1000.00 for a 2 br and $900.00 for a 1 br , because they "renovated" them, no all they did is make them livable, pulled up old carpet, laid down crappy snap together flooring which is loud as h*** if you live under someone that has it, it's horrible, yet nothing is done to the units that are occupied like I said unless you put in a maintenance request, and even then it still don't get done, unless they feel it's necessary or of urgency, one last thing, what's the sense of having a property manager if she can't even manage them, she don't even answer back, always had an excuse for everything, tells you things then does the exact opposite, I had to buy a noise machine just to drown out the external noises around me because other tenants are so loud and rude and management won't do nothing about it.

    I lived in ********************************* in ***********. I was sick from the water damage and mold. My carpet had wet spots after the heavy rains and the pipe under the kitchen sink leaked. My apartment had become a petri dish for mold. The sidewalk and walkway water was over my ankles. The man on the end apartment was forced to roll his wheelchair down a piece of plywood. After a lot of phone calls they hired ******** Mold Inspection to come out for an assessment. Three days later I received a call telling me they needed to do a mold abatement and would move me into another apartment but I would have to pay for the move. If I refused to pay for the move MTH threatened to do an abatement with me in the apartment. I was 74 at the time. I was told there would be no kitchen because the kitchen sink, cabinets and countertops needed to be removed. I paid *********** with a truck to help me move. I was moved into an apartment with no functioning patio slider, bed bugs and what Terminix determined to be, WILDLIFE living in the wall. ******** told me they wouldn't touch it. The apartment was deemed unsafe and uninhabitable. MTH was very unhappy with me for bringing Terminix in but I had no alternative as they refused my pleas for help. I sent pictures of the property and their emails to government agencies. My mailbox was locked and there was an illegal entry into my apartment where property damage was done. I stayed with a friend for 7 months. I had to appoint my cousin, a former police officer as my power of attorney because I had an emotional breakdown. I made several calls and finally reached out to *****************************, the senior ************* Senator of ********. She and her liaison, *************************** were there for me until I moved into a beautiful safe and clean apartment in ******. I am the person responsible for MTH Management losing their Section 8 Housing. YOU ARE WELCOME.For all those who were damaged by MTH Management.

    Well meth head mamgt took over forest view in *******. Within 2 weeks of I have redirected a notice my lease had expired on 12/31/2023.I contacted **** the property manager the same day 12/21/2023 as I know I had signed an extension through the previous mgmt company. My call went to voice mail on the 28th I texted **** only to be told she was on vacation until January 2nd ****. I've been called rude and demanding for seeking answers and calling out the lack of professionalism and poor communication. Online they are offering a 6 month lease with 90 dollar increase in top of the automakers online payment rate increase (essentially 100 a month) I'm still wondering what happened with my previous lease renewal before they got in and started cooking.

    slumlords. unless you enjoy living in black mold with no heat for weeks at a time id look elsewhere to live.

    Never follow thru, show you an apartment and the give you one that ************. Couldnt move in apartment wasnt ready, had to get an hotel.Said I would have new appliances and didnt get. Dishwasher leaking. Didnt finish putting up blinds. Clean of apartment was not done.***** took out power for days. No emergency lighting in halls or exits.Fire department and housing inspected and found 90 % of smoke detectors not working. Garbage stayed in collection area inside and had bugs, fruit flys and more in the building. Even a turtle!Not a safe place to live, several residents trying to leave

    At the end my lease on July 30,2023 I moved out of apartments they had just purchased the property. They issued my deposit refund check exactly 30 days later. That was great.Problem: check was returned due to non sufficient funds. Contacted their corporate office. The person who answered was rude and unprofessional . Told me its not her problem, then stated she will have accounting send out another check. I stated that I didnt want another bad check and requested a money order, certified check or direct deposit to my account with in 24 hours. That was on Monday 8am. Now its Friday still no payment. This money per lease is suppose to be escrow account. An account that legally can not be used for anything else. A one star is over rating this terrible property management company.
