  I paid $4,600 in 2018 to have one of their water softeners installed. This year in March I had them come out to do an inspection due to having issues with my water. When they came out, they told me I needed to have a "Lead free" tank intalled along with what I already had and said that was the only way to solve the "black pepper" like substance in my water. I paid over $4,900 to have this done. I called back a week later and told them I still had the same issue. They came back out and said they needed to bleach my water lines and that would solve the problem. I called a week later and told them I was having the same issue. They came back out and said I need to drain the hot water heater and that would solve the problem. I called them a week later with the same problem. When they came back out, they looked at it then told me that the problem was that I had galvanized pipes in my basement and that it was a plumber issue and there was nothing more they could do. They also informed me that by bleaching the lines it most likely made the problem worse. Since then I have called twice and requested to speak with someone in management. The first time I was told that person was on an emergency call and that he would get back with me. When I called five days later, I was told the lady that handles that was doing payroll and couldn't come to the phone. Again I left a message saying I would give them 24hrs to get back with me or I would be contacting the BBB.. I have yet to hear back from them. They have very good sales people working for them that will lie and make promises and leave you thinking you have no other choice but to buy their product. "Buyer beware."

  In 2015 we had a test and complete system installed for $3,386.70 In 2023 had another test the service guy said the iron was high. He called the office and asked what was the original iron test results. The office personnel said because of a flood they lost all that info. So the service tech gave me a deal of replacing everything free if I purchase an iron out tank. The quote was for $4,186.00 for just the iron out tank. All the rest of the equipment is free. At first I didn’t remember what the original shipment cost was. After finding the contract we ended up paying more for just the iron out tank then the whole original water softner installation. I feel as though I got scammed. What consumer acually knows how many drops of this liquid they use in a test tube is proper to determine you need an iron out tank. We never had a problem with our water before!

  I would like to praise the last two guys , that came out and checked my water softener. Can not remember there names but one checked out equipment and found Faulty equipment and the other did the repairs. Both were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us about what was going on. I praise both these employees of Wolverine for their service.

  Hi, my name is ************ had wolverine servicing my home for the past 30 years. I had an older outdated system that use the purple solution to take the smell and the iron out of the water. Well, I had them come out and test it two weeks ago and it was failing so I purchased the new system And the reverse osmosis and I have never ever had water of this quality. This water is ******* clear there is no smell I am not using the purple solution. The reverse osmosis takes water cleans. It then runs through the softener and I I swear this is the best water Ive had , hands-down *********** **** he was very helpful in me deciding to get the new system worked out a great payment plan for me paying less now since I dont have to buy that purple solution at $67 a bottle plus drinking water so thats a great thing.   We have used Wolverine Water in our home for many years. We have high iron levels in their system works wonderfully. I've always had great customer service and prompt response if needed. We have since installed one system in my son's home and another in ********** home. Very satisfied customer.

  Installed a whole house water treatment system last year. From the salesman to the installers, they were all so very courteous, explained everything they were doing. And we definitely couldnt ask for better service! Were snowbirds so they came out and shut it all down while we were gone, and returned this spring to set it all up again. All without charging us a *****! I highly recommend this company!!

  Great system, great service, had the system for over 20 years. All our water tastes great and has extended the life of our water heater. We have the iron curtain and softener as our water is/was extremely hard.

  Ive been a customer of WW for 15 years now.I have been extremely satisfied with each tech that has come to my house for service.The equipment is high quality and cleanly installed.The customer service on the phone is great as well.I highly recommend this company.

  I had Wolverine come by my home to check on my water. They sold me a system and I must say it has been wonderful for our family. We had really bad Iron issues and their rep JR came out and explained everything to us. We have been very happy with it and would highly recommend this to anyone. If they have a chance to do a free check please do so!

  ************************* is our water specialist here in *******. We had our system replaced recently and he is been more than outgoing and checking out if everything is good as far as the system you working and if we need anything as far as service goes. In my opinion he is one of the top notch specialists in the company, nobody should have anything bad to say about this gentleman or Wolverine Water. They have been there for us and with our high calcium and sediment water it is awesome to have people who care and are trained in this field to take care of our needs. Nothing but praise for this gentleman and his company. ****
