I ordered a Queen replacement bladder/ mattress for $162.59 via phone from ****** *****. Received an invoice via email from ****** ***** which stated it could only be purchased via ***** Pay or check. I sent a check which was cashed on 12/04/24. We never received the product or information as to when it would arrive. Ive contacted the business at ************* (3) times to no avail. I also sent an email, again to no avail.Initial Complaint

On May 10, 2024 I contacted the manufacturer of my motorhome to get a seat switch part. They did not have the part and suggested Coach Supply Direct and other providers. I called Coach Supply for about a week with no answer, no response to may *********** He finally answered and claimed he was busy with a service. he said he had the part "in stock" and could send it right out. he said he would have his company's "digital payment system on Venmo" send me an invoice. Shortly after i got a request for $108 and i paid it. I did not realize at the time it was to the owner (****) not a business name. He said he would ship it on Thursday or Friday. One the following Monday I got another Venom request for the same $108. i texted him and e said he never got the funds. i sent a screen shot showing it had been paid. later that day he canceled the Venmo request. After that he completely ghosted me. i kept texting asking for a shipping update. he never replied. i called numerous times and he would not answer. On May 30 i called from a blocked number to his business and he answered. he said he was just waiting for a tracking number. he mentioned he had ordered it from the manufacturer in **********. I was able to locate the manufacturer. I called them, they never received an order from him. They stated he rips people off all the time, and they wished he would not be referred to for any parts, because he takes peoples money.I then went on his ******** (coachsupplydirect) and the site is riddled with bad reviews and people saying he ripped them off. even your site has him as a F- rating.I sent him a very firm demand for a refund and he refuses to respond to calls and texts.Something has to be done!Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid in full for (2) ********************** and (1) ********* recliner chair including taxes and freight on 1/27/23. I learned later that *********************** did not place the order with Villa until 3/20/23, and after much follow up I received the 2 Villa chairs on 7/05/23. I followed up continuously regarding the ********* chair and *********************** lied to me on numerous occasions even going so far as to tell me that he was "having Villa make the chair for me which would be of much higher quality than the one from *********, and that I would be receiving the chair soon". During numerous calls, emails, left messages, etc., I finally learned by late Sept. that the order had never been placed for the ********* chair. Since that time ****** never answered an email, phone message or text message cutting off all communication with me. On 10/06/23 I filed a Small Claims suit against Coach Supply Direct to recover the cost of the ********* chair and associated tax and freight charges, and on 11/06/23 I was awarded the total cost of the chair including court fee's as *********************** never responded to the order to appear in court. Since that date to today, 2/07/24, *********************** has made no attempt to send me the court ordered payment of $1,417.69. My advice to anyone who is considering doing business with Coach Supply Direct is to avoid them, go elsewhere.Initial Complaint

We ordered 2 ************************** in August 2023 and were told they would be available in November. We paid 1/2 down and then received an invoice for the balance, which we paid, thinking that meant the chairs were ready to pick up. We tried repeatedly to call and email **** at Coach Supply Direct and were unsuccessful. Our credit card company did withdraw the balance payment but CSD still has out 1/2 down money.Initial Complaint

Paid Coach Direct (***********************, Owner) $3,000.00 early this year for 2 captains chairs with a September / October delivery. Despite numerous emails and phone calls no response. In addition *************************** required payment by check (Credit or debit not acceptable) as he knew that this would limit our ability for a refund/other. Obviously by asking for a check he knew I advance that he was not going to supply any product and keep our money. I have since found out that we are one of many he has stolen money from.The above is offered for anyone considering using *************************** or his company.Initial Complaint

On 2/10/23 I placed an order for a custom couch for my boat. **** informed me that he would need a $1500 deposit since it was custom. He also informed me it may ***********-8 months in order to receive. Around month 6 I started to inquire on the status of the couch. We placed an order with them August 17, 2022 for recliners and two replacement Captain ******* We provide the required deposit of over $5,000 and was told delivery in December 2022. We spoke to **** several times about the delay, then promised this past spring and now we can't get them to return our calls or emails (which I send daily!). I really wish I had reviewed on BBB before buying, we will never make that mistake again. We would like a refund.Initial Complaint
