  *** ******** remodeled our bathroom in 2023, He did a wonderful job, was very meticulous about the flooring, the shower floor and the wall tile....a real craftsman. He made sure all the plumbing, which had issues we were not aware of, was fixed as it should be. I made the wrong choice in the quartz countertop and felt the need to replace it. I found a better choice and *** removed all the plumbing connecting the sink and removed the 2023 countertop. After the new top was installed he came again and reconnected all the plumbing. I am now happy with how it all comes together. *** spent a great deal of time, energy and expertise on this job and we appreciate him very much. If you are in need of ANY repair or construction you will do well to hire ***.

  This is one company that everyone should definitely consider to have anything done in their homes. We had learned that the hard way. Initially we couldn't wait to take a spot on his schedule that was months out and used a different company instead. Long story short, this renovation has cost us almost $8,000 more than what we already spent to have it done right the first time. We are relieved of our stress now and beyond satisfied with his work!

  I contacted this company for a deck repair. *** came out and accepted the job. We agreed on a price, date and time. When the day came I sat home all day waiting for him to show up. *** was a no call no show. That is unprofessional. This type of behavior indicates that he is undependable and unreliable.

  We contacted *** to come out to our house to have some problems looked over and repaired. His rates were more than reasonable considering the quality of the finished work, he educated ** throughout the entire process. He informed us of what all was involved and what could be unforeseen, reassuring that the budget wouldn't exceed the estimate, which we really appreciated not having extras added to it. We've had him and his team out a few times over the last few years and have recommended his services to our friends and family and will only contact him for future work. It's a rarity to find anyone who is completely transparent, honest and considerate.

  I met up with ***** spoke with him about remolding my kitchen and bathroom he was kind enough take the time to give me a good estimate..*** did a great job with the remolding. And is very polite with his customers.. I recommended his work anywhere..

  ***********************, the owner of the business took an $800 advance from me on or about December 8, 2023. He told me he would start and finish the job in two weeks. He said the job should only take one or two days.Two weeks came and went and he had not started the job. I called him and he told me that he had his niece's door to fix and then another bathroom to do, before he could get to me.He finally came over on January 28 to start and finish the job (fixing my door), but he insisted that I pay him the rest of the money, ($100) up front, before he would even start.Having already paid him $21,000 to do my bathroom and another $800 advance on my door, it seemed reasonable to me that he finish the job, before I pay him the remaining $100. He refused to even start the job before I paid him. By the way, that $900 contract price included a window I did not even need.He called me at midnight, that day, we had an argument and he continued to refuse to do the job and now he tells me I cannot get my $800 back until he gets paid, at some undetermined date in the future. My door was supposed to be fixed more than a month ago. I need to find someone else now to do the job and I need my $800 back, so that I can pay for it.Having paid him almost 90% of the money, up front, and then having to wait about a month and a half past the promised work date, and now, being told I have to wait some undetermined amount of time to get my $800 back, I feel that Dan Did It Construction is not a reputable firm.Please think twice about doing business with this company.Legal action is pending.
