This post is to warn people looking for a reliable moving company. I thought this was a reputable company when I interviewed them and they had good ratings, so I thought I did my research. They showed up on time, seemed professional and helpful. However, my experience evolved to one I will live with the remainder of my life. The items and truck were not properly packed. The driver had never driven that type of truck and confessed to stalling it on hills, etc., which, of course, causes shifting, etc. When the truck arrived, they hired a nearby team to help unload. The repair company did their best, but repaired furniture is never the same as its original. The claims team makes up stories to try to tell you items were previously damaged, even though the tracking sheets do not agree. I had a brand new $5,000 grand piano that was scratched across the front and now have to live with seeing that every time I sit down to play. I was not compensated for this damage. There is no extra compensation for you living with repaired furniture, & and for items that are not replaceable. If you c
