I ordered June 1st 1 bottle of apple cider vinegar gummies for ***** and 1 bottle of Nutri Burst. I had to email them a couple times before I finally received the Nutra Burst, (almost a month) but I have never received the gummies nor have I received a reimbursement for the product. I have sent several emails asking for a reimbursement but have never received a reply.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. However, please be advised that Total Life Changes does not have a product, apple cider vinegar gummies. We also have not found any order from **************** for Nutraburst. I believe she may have ordered from an independent website, not totallifechanges.com.
I would be happy to investigate this matter but to do so, I would need an order number or copy of the invoice **************** received.

I became a total life changer which is a commission based market and sold around ***** in products and it appeared in my tlc i office and when I tried to deposit the money in my account it never let me deposit the money in my amount. Total Life Changes promises you to get paid on Thursday from what you sell. I have emailed them and contacting them I was told the same thing every time to check my account and deposit the money on my i office but never was able to too. I still have not received the money of which products I sold for the company.Business response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. However, upon investigation, we are unable to find any proof of the allegations. According to our records, the promoter enrolled one promoter and earned a small bonus but made no sales to any customers which would generate retail commissions. Those earnings have been deposited into the promoter's pay portal. The promoter must use the login information when the portal account was created to withdraw the money.
We are unable to find any communications from the promoter, either. To better assist, we recommend that she contact our Account Support team at *******************************************************.

I placed an order will TLC website on February 12th. I had received an email stating the product was delivered but no product. I call the customers service sumbitted my helpdesk ticket ********. I was told someone would contact me ***** laters. The next day I received an email stating my case waa resolved. Tlc decided not to refund or resend the product. So no refund no product I'm just suppose to eat the lost.Business response
