We perform the design and construction documentation process in phases as outlined by the American Institute of Architects regarding the Scope of Services and professional standard of care for practicing architects.
Upon completion of the first schematic design phase, client approval must be obtained prior to continuing design development phase and application for payment. If approval is not obtain, additional revisions can be made until approval is met, or the client can terminate the agreement and will only be responsible for percent completed.
