  So sorry to hear this! My experience with Mulligans was stellar as was several of my neighbors - we all had our windows replaced in our historic homes - all more than 15 windows! This was more than 20 years ago. Our windows are still good. Perhaps the company changed hands? I dont know.. Sorry for all of you that had a bad experience with this company.

  If I could give a negative 10 I would! Worst company in the world to work with. They do not honor their warranty nor do they return phone calls. This company is a total sham. They hide behind ***** the receptionist and all of their lies. They wasted 7 MONTHS OF MY LIFE trying to contact them only to finally realize they were giving me the run around and never had any intention of replacing my window. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-GO ELSEWHERE!! ***** is an absolute joke and so is the owner *****! Please save yourself the aggravation and go with a reputable company. This is not a reputable company at all!

  I have been doing business with Mulligan for 20 years. In March 2023, after the installation of the gutter guards, I began to notice paint peeling in my family room at the ceiling line and soffit. I then noticed water dripping from the soffits in mid-August after some major downpours. I immediately thought that I had a roof leak and proceeded to call my roofing contractor that installed my roof in 2017. He was out immediately to inspect the roof and diagnose the problem. He took pictures of the water intrusion. After review, the pictures clearly show that gutter guard installation pulled the roof drip edge away from the house causing water to enter behind my vinyl siding down to the family room. I allowed my roofing contractor to fix the problem since more rain was forecasted. I immediately called Mulligan and **** finally made it out to my house on Sept 12. **** seemed reluctant to view the pictures of the problem. I even showed him the ceiling and wall damage in my family room. His report back from what I understand was that the installation was OK!!! The gutter guard installation was definitely NOT OK because I wouldn't had the water intrusion that I had into my house. I have been calling for the past 3 weeks and I still haven't spoken to an employee that knows the issue or wants to discuss what they found . All I want is a call back from Bill or ***** explaining to me what **** found to be the problem and discuss reimbursement for the fix that the gutter guard installation caused. Based on other reviews, this situation appears to be a common problem amongst other customers. Mulligan's quality in the past has been very good. It is too sad that they will not even return a phone call to explain what they found. When a customer pays for home improvements, they expect improvements NOT more repairs.

  Please, save yourself some time and look elsewhere. This place did a complete subpar job of installing my windows. I have had to redo trim around a few of my windows as they destroyed what was there previously. A few of the windows got spray foam on the inside and decided to try and cover it with caulk. It honestly looks like someone with little to no experience installed my windows. My patio door wall is completely out of square and does not seal correctly. It rubs on against the door stop when I try and close it. And the kicker is that I have been trying to get them to come out to fix some of these issues for months and they either do not show up or do not call me back.

  Do yourself a favor and avoid.. I gave them a deposit for work and they never completed it. According to them, they were having issues with help and were working on other projects. After month they told me I was having my credit card refunded....but it never happened. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and after a few months they (credit card company) said they could get no reply from them and after escalating it, they wrote me a letter stating it had now been over 180 days. So you hopefully can see why they are not accredited and rated F - even with a voice message, which I still have stating I was getting a refund - still nothing. RUN, NEVER USE THEM. I'd rate them negative stars if possible - but it requires a minimum of 1

  Im having the same issue with the window replacement. Its been almost a year waiting for the window replacement. I got two more windows need to be replaced. No luck. My gutter was pitched wrong. In the winter time. My whole front door be icy I guess Im gonna have to get a lawyer Im fed up with them and the time I called the office they said will call you back. There is no callback.

  We had Mulligans do our windows and siding years ago, we had great response from them when there was an issue. In the last 5 or so years there response has been slower and less helpful. In the last 3 years (before the virus, and after the virus) has been zero. You call or stop in, they will say that they will call, nope they don't. We did manage to have someone come out and take pictures last fall, nothing after that, not even a followup call.I have had a issue since before the virus, pealing paint on the aluminum trim, was able to get it repaired in the past. Not now, they say that they will look at setting up a crew, never happens, and no return calls. Seems like they went from a great company, to a less then helpful company.
