Taken out multiple payments . Today were going to again. Called to cancel. Problem was suppose to be solved but obviously not solved. Then they don't want to return my money. Will have to wait to see if I owe them. Which I don't.

I paid $3,485 dollars on October 11, 2023 for 6 months of Health insurance brokered through a company called Quick Health. I canceled my policy on January 10, 2024 due to the company continually trying to withdraw the payment of over $3,000 every month thereby causing my bank account to freeze my account due to unauthorized transactions from Quick Health. I only paid for 6 months of health insurance and did not give my consent for them to withdraw payments every month. I called numerous times and finally just cancelled. I am due a refund for the 3 months of unused health insurance coverage. However, I can not get the company to refund my money that is due. This company is horrible and they have terrible customer service. I am still trying to resolve my complaint. Im pretty sure I will never see any refund money from Quick Health. This company is not a good company to buy health insurance from and people need to be warned about this health insurance broker. I have tried multiple times to reach their customer service number and am left on hold for over an hour. I requested a call back numerous times and they never responded or called me back.

Quick Health has repeatedly taken multiple payments out of my account not on the due date. Which is the 25th of each month. Sometimes they even take two payments out at $829.00 a pop. They will not refund the money! They say we won't charge you for next month. Then they do! This last incident they are trying to take out another $829 out of my account on Nov 9th. Not the 25th. My provider has contacted me and said my last appointment wasn't covered by my insurance because they canceled me. I've tried to reach out to them today and they will not return my calls. This business is horrible!!

This insurance broker called me, I asked if they were affiliated with the **** *******************, the rep I spoke with assured me they were & would find me the best policy for what I needed. I asked if this ins. would cover pre-existing conditions & the meds that I take. I told **** my top concerns, Hospital, CT/MRI, specialty docs, my meds. **** gave me a list of what this "insurance" wld cover. I wrote everything down. I had to pay the first $8500 out of pocket deductible a year, 80/20 inpatient hospital & surgery, $25 primary doctor visit, $50 specialty, $5,000 towards?? $0 Tele Med, $50 Labs/Radiology, 70% Dental 2 cleaning per year, 80% vision 1 eye exam per year, discount on contact and glasses. I was told that this was open access on a PPO plan. This ins. cost $5,460 for the year & would be $296.08 monthly premium but because I paid for the year in advance I was given a discount of $1,907 which took my annual premium down to $3,553. The first ins. they signed me up with was First Network from November 22 to the end of Dec22, then got new cards in the mail for PHCS (Cambridge Health) with no notification or anything. I ended up in the hospital in ICU for a week in March from a stomach bleed where I almost died. This bill was over $135K dollars and that is just for the hospital this does not include my CT, MRI's Labs and regular doctor visits. I was denied for surgery on my hand that I still need because of an a car accident. I was not told that this was a discount service & not health insurance which I thought I was getting. I understood that I would be responsible for the first $8500 annual deductible, & then they would start kicking in at 80% but I started getting these Explanation of Benefits where says that none of these services are covered. They have only paid out $890.60 towards my bills & gave a Network Discount of $868.07 towards lowering the cost of the bills, my medical bills are over 200K & to see that they have only paid out less than $2k of my bills.
