      The product is windows purchased in ****. One of the windows has parts broken that prevents the window from opening. I have the purchase copy with the lifetime warranty. In July 2021 parts broke that prevent the window from opening. I began calling then. A service man came out and advised it needed parts. I sent a check for 170. for labor to return and install parts. After many calls I was told many excuses that the parts were delayed, that the company does not have parts, or they are in transit.Since this is my only window in my bedroom I am concerned regarding safe egress.I would simply like that window replaced.

      Thanks for sending me this customers concerns. We now have the parts  for the repair and we will be scheduling this repair in the next week. parts are scarce and are back ordered months and months

      I paid $14,000 to have a metal roof installed in the middle of October 2021. I have been given nothing but the run around and still dont my roof installed. I have sent them a certified letter asking for my money back and no one will call me back to rectify the situation. They dont return phone calls or seem to care one bit.

      We accepted an order for the work and due to bad weather, labor shortages and material shortages we have been delayed

      We had the roof measured and ordered materials for the project and were putting it off due to inclement weather.

      A metal roof is dangerous to do when snow, ice or moisture is present and a slide down can be fatal

      We have the materials on hand and were planning an install as soon as weather permitted in about 2 weeks

      I did mail a letter to ******************** outlining the delay

      My apologies for my delay in answering the complaint

      I put a deposit of $3400.00 to Paramount for a roofing job on 9/28/2021, was told it would be done with in 3 weeks. After 3 ***************** can out and said they could not do it. So after making numerous phone calls and leaving messages, I finally got a hold of *** on Dec. 2nd and he said he would send my money back. But since then I have made a lot of phone calls and left messages because they do not answer their phone. I also sent several e-mails with no response. I just want my deposit back.

      I am out of town until Jan 26 and upon my return I will check on the status of the refund. Before I left on my vacation I sent the order for refund to accounting. It should have been mailed and if not I will most certainly take care of it

      I had six windows and patio door installed ion July 12 the windows are seal when the wind blows over 20 miles a hour the windows whistle from the wind also the patio door the glass is cut from the top to the bottom and cut across the bottom and the screen is bent and there is a hole in the screen, also two windows let the bugs in between the screen and windows. I have called the company several time with no resluts now they won't even call me back the last call was in November. Also i was to get tags that i could give to the power company forr being energy performance rating but only got 1 from the patio door should have 6 of them from them windows. any questions give a cajll ********************** **********

      I purchased all new home windows from this company and still have a warranty on them. Two of my windows is not working properly and I have contacted them on many occasions and they continue to tell me they will call me back to get someone out to fix them. My concern is he will not fix the problem and end up out of business. My last phone call, he said he would call me right back and try to get somebody out here and I still have not heard back. That was on Monday 12/6. That was probably my 5th call to them. This had been going on for about a year because he told me last year he would put me on the list but most likely would not get addressed until the spring. Now we are back into winter again and they will not return my calls.

      Bought windows in 2009. They are supposed to be guaranteed for 50 years. I have one that needs to be replaced and 2 that need to be repaired. I have called 4 times about this problem. First time they said they would come the filling week. Second time the person in charge was out. The third time he was out to lunch. They would give him the message when he returned. Today he was away from his desk. He would call when he returned.

      she is on our schedule for an inspection and if it is a warranty issue it will be handled under the terms of her warranty
