      I bought a subcompact tractor from this dealer to specifically pick up dead branches and wood on my property. I bought a third control and a grapple and was told by the salesman that this tractor could perform the job. I paid $3800 for the grapple and $1600 to add the hydraulic third control. After having it delivered it got a hydraulic leak in the third control in less than 10 hours. Then shortly after that I got a valve control hydraulic leak. I got this same leak 3 times. Then the grapple has a gap in the front end that allows branches to enter and bend the cross fork bar. This cross bar is made in China and costs $260. I paid $500 deductible for some insurance work and another $300 to pay for pick up and delivery. I would be very cautious to buy a tractor from this company and not make the same $31k mistake like I did. The dealer wants to charge me $360 to weld a piece of metal into that grapple that they should be supporting based on warranty. That Land Pride grapple is not suited for that MF GC1723EB tractor and I have problems after almost every time I use it. Soon after my purchase, this dealer discontinued selling the Massey Ferguson brand tractors and they got rid of their entire inventory. I believe I was misled.

      Terrible customer service. First time I have ever used them. Had my lawn mower in to have it winterized and have mulching blades changed. Even supplied blades for it, and they did not do it. They called after a week of having it in the shop, said it was done and set up a return time. They never informed me that they did not change the blades on the phone. They told me I didn't need it done when I called to complain about them not doing it. I guess what the customer wants is not important to them, even though we are paying the bill. I like my yard to look nice and tweaking the old blades is not what I wanted them to do. They did offer to come out to my house to replace, free of charge after I complained. I told them I had plans that day and frankly I just do not trust what kind of service I would have received at this point. Will never return to do business with them again.

      We at*******, take our service for our customers with the utmost importance and try to do everything we can to accommodate their needs. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication between you and our service department with the replacement of the blades on your machine. Our tech of 30 years looked at the blades that were on the mower and they were actually only in need of a slight touch up (sharpening) in his opinion. Service was not under the impression that regardless of the shape of the blades to replace them with the new pair that you supplied. (Our misunderstanding)
      The unit was in to be winterized. Before your planned pick-up date, we called and asked if you wanted to reschedule due to the weather still being relatively nice and you might still be using it, which you took us up on. We typically return units back to our customers within a short time from, but with it getting winterize we were under the impression that it was not a rush to get it done in a day, since it was not going to be used again this season.
      When the service manager delivered the unit back and you told him you wanted the blades on no matter what, or were surprised they we not installed, he was willing to take it and make this right. You declined. The following day when you phoned, we offered again to come out to your residence and switch the blades at no charge to make it right, you declined again.
