Ok fine called ram a week later the guy said couple more days till he was able to get a path way cleared motor has to be moved with engine hoist called back *** the manger to my horror said he had sold my motor. No one told him I wanted it back. To whom it may concern, as the manager of this establishment I was never told he wanted the scrap motor that we replaced. It was in our shop from the beginning of 12/04/2023 and was scraped on 12/25/2023. I pledge our business on doing the right things every time for everyone know exceptions. He clearly had some time to pick it up and never received a phone call on the scrap motor. I have a gentleman than normally picks up our scrap metal semi monthly. We are a full service shop that works on many motors and replacements and not limited to transmissions. This job was done correctly. The customer also said in the claim that he could pick up his motor the following week because there are cars in the way that was not true. I have destinated area for motor cores and transmissions or even scrap, I have it that way so we can send the cores back or I would be charged. I talked to this customer and informed him that I was the manager and we scraped the motor because neither was it communicated to me or a letter given that he wanted it. I also informed him that I would call the gentleman that scraped it and I did, he already scraped the motor. i offered him 150 dollars to help him trying to be helpful.  The customer than threaten me by saying he would do something to me, If I didn't get his motor back or to give him 1200$. Once I was threaten, I told the customer I was not willing to work with him. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED IN THIS WAY BY ANYONE.
