    If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Their customer service is nonexistent. I requested to speak with a supervisor by phone twice in April and 3 times in writing in May and June, including filling out their official complaint form. Its August 4 and still no reply. I filed a complaint with the BBB today. Would never recommend to purchase or rent any equipment through Hart Medical Equipment.

    **** would like to extend an apology to ********************** for the poor communication from our billing department and the supervisor that failed to respond to her requests. Attempts to reach ********************** failed, and the supervisor did not pursue additional calls. This has been addressed with that supervisor. In addition **** has adjusted her account to reflect a zero balance. The supervisor did attempt to call today, Monday, August 8, 2022; however, no connection was made. A voicemail message was left explaining Harts actions and a telephone number should ********************** have any questions. Sincerely,Hart Medical Equipment
