    Purchased the $46 gown is came missing bows, company refuses to refund and is absolutely nasty about it

    This customer informed us far outside of our normal exchange policy that there was a problem with the item.  We offered several different options to rectify the issue, including repairing the gown.  We were unable to satisfy her insistent requests for a refund due to our shop policies.

    This retailer sold me a Christmas nightgown for my child in October 14th. I still have not received anything. I have contacted them several times and they send me a generic email saying that I need to confirm and pay an additional invoice for shipping. They never send me an invoice. I asked for my money back since this is a seasonal item that might not be received in time and they inform me that they do not do refunds. Instead they try to push me to take store credit. I do not want store credit for a seasonal company that I would wait another year to use. I wanted them to send me the gown with the hopes it arrived before Christmas.

    Nov 17th placed an order for 2 dresses with 2nd day delivery. Order number ****** Shipping was $44.34 I would like my shipping returned or the order canceled since it hasnt shipped yet.

    This business advertises on social media and their webpage that their dresses and nightgowns are all COTTON. When in fact they are not, they are polyester. They then refuse to accept any returns even within one business day of receiving the package. False marketing and no return policy for expensive childrens clothing is unfair to the consumer and should have repercussions. The dress was made of cotton originally and thats what they advertise it as. But after my order they updated their website detail in small Print well below the dress ad that says its recently been changed to polyester. They should have mentioned this weeks ago when I ordered the dress. It also took over a month to receive the items. I want to send them back unopened, for a return.

    I purchased two dresses from this company on April 1. I utilized route and waited for guaranteed arrival. On April 7 I was notified the item had been delivered through shop pay, whom I utilized for guaranteed delivery updates. I consulted with neighbors and the item was not found, I then saw it was in Sheperdsville, **. I was then told by route to give it time it may still be delivered. I have all the emails. The item still has not been received but what I did receive the following week was a ladies dress w my pkg resealed. I tried to get ahead by reaching out bc both companies were pointing responsibility to the other. In many efforts to get a resolution a ************** reached out to me, saying in a round about way that they would not work w me if I reported them to you or wrote bad ratings and that they truly werent responsible bc they dont sell women clothing. Route said I received the pkg therefore washing their hands of it. I have all the emails. Im beyond frustrated and the last email I received was very caddy and said why would I want the items since I dont like their business. I said at this point you are correct, just refund the money. The items have already been paid for. This email was sent May 4, still no reply so I reached out again providing the amount from Shop pay, still Nothing. I told them this was bs and that a customer should not be treated like this. I did tell them I would report it and tell my neighborhood friends about this incident, Im still so upset, my daughter really wanted those items. Its sad that businesses think that this kind of behavior is ok. Please let me know how to go from here. I happy to provide any information you need.

    Upon opening my order I immediately noticed a blue pen **** on the front of the white dress. I also noticed that the white dress was the only garment that didnt have tags on it within my order. I believe this was because the dress was most likely previously returned. I emailed customer service about this issue the day that I received it and requested an exchange as suggested on the card they sent with the item.Instead of just honoring the exchange as I had requested and as suggested on their return policy. **************** sent me an email suggesting that I try to remove the stain on my own and then reach back out to them if it doesnt come out. I had tried hand-washing the garment and hung it to dry with no luck. I reached back out to the company and then they said that because I couldnt steam the garment and that I had attempted to hand wash that they would no longer help me. I just want what is fairthe dress should have never been sent out with such a blemish and the company should honor the exchange or return. They should not rely on customers to fix their issues unless it stated somewhere within the purchase.
