This company is soaking me with inflated charges. I PAID 25% up front, bought over $300 in primer, interior paint and deck stain. showed the paint to sales rep and discussed what needed to be done. I had an appointment at Battle Creek, an hours drive, thought i could trust the painters, i was here for installation of flooring and felt secure enough to leave. When I returned I was told another gallon of stain was needed. Two gallons of stain would cover just over 200sq ft. I would think. The labor for decks (24 x 8 ft in front and 4 x 4 ft side door) two stairs some railing on both is 18 hours, $930.00 Two gallons of primer for interior walls were not used. The walls were a dark green. The labor charge for interior painting is $2,280. I agreed thinking it covered all the painting but received a phone call while away, being told deck staining was not on invoice and told them to add labor for decks because the property was being appraised the next day. I'm looking at 3 more invoices none of which explains the simple math they go out of their way to make confusing. I texted them to send me itemized list, show me how you came to these figures, they have not. I'm being threatened with legal actions added late fees The flooring sq ft I was told 700 by sales rep. Home Depot was here first measured 620 sq ft . Even at 700 sq ft @ $3.59 sq ft = $2,513.00 this particular invoice reads $3,358.17. It is more like $2,102 @ $3.39 sq ft because the flooring i picked was unavailable and phone call to office and $3,39 was authorized (second choice was $3.59) All in all two companies (did not know there is a second entity making checks to, helps make matters even more confusing) are trying to undeniably overcharge me. The removal of old carpet from 12.5 X 20 ft living room and 18 ft hallway is priced at $3,600. Sales rep said new flooring would go over linoleum. This price tag is unbelievably shameful.

*** hired CertaPro to paint and we provided an excellent paint job. Another business provided the carpeting service and also left the home looking fantastic. Each business provided written quotes to ***. As the review suggests, *** was confused about the pricing. We were able to sit down with *** and her sister (who acted on behalf of ***) to address the pricing in a timely manner. At this meeting, every issue was resolved. *** and her sister agreed all the work was completed in a professional fashion and they loved the end product. *** posted this negative review before we had a chance to meet. Because we have spoken to her since and confirmed everything was resolved, we assumed she would remove this on her own. I believe she has forgotten about it. Still, the fact remains, the review does not paint an accurate picture of our services.
