    We used this company for my daughters 8th grade East Coast trip from 6-16-2022 - 6-21-2022. It was an awful experience. We had bus 212. I have been on multiple charter buses before and this was the worst. The first day the bathroom was wet and the toilet paper was damp. The bus driver had water dripping on his head. He had to wear a hat to keep it off from him. The bus broke down 3 times in the mountains. The transmission wouldnt shift out of 3rd and 6th gear. We had to turn the bus off 3 times for 20 minutes each. It was very hot out. When asked if they were going to send another bus the response was probably not I am going to have to fix it. We had a bus full of children and parents that were very concerned about, their well being going through the mountains on the way back home. The bus couldnt go over 60 mph up a hill or mountain without breaking down. This was very unsafe. The 12 hour trip turned into a 17 hour trip. There was a pizza box in the back storage compartment opposite the the bathroom from the previous trip. The garbage back next to the bathroom wasnt getting emptied and stunk. The bus driver got lost multiple times and the other bus driver kept leaving us. Our bus driver was lost for 7 miles and that put him within minutes of being over his time. When we pulled up to the hotel we had minutes to unload the luggage under the bus. Luggage was being thrown on the sidewalk so fast. My daughters suveinor had broken from being tossed. It wasnt our fault he got lost and was almost over his allowed drive time and had to have a minimum of 8 hours off. The trip home was just as bad as the beginning of this trip. The air didnt work and was very hot on this bus. The bathroom was gross and disgusting and the whole bus smelled like sewage. I have been on multiple charter buses and never have been able to smell the bathroom from up front. The air always worked. We were comfortable and the bus was well maintained.
