On September 29, 2020 Christopher Miller, D.C. and the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs reached a consent agreement regarding Dr. Miller's license. This follows a complaint filed against Miller alleging that he allowed an unlicensed massage therapist to perform massage therapy under his supervision. Miller also allegedly failed to report a 2017 conviction within 30 days as required by licensing regulations. As part of the agreement Miller was fined $1,000 and his license was suspended for between 1 and 60 days beginning in November 2020.
