I really like this company. They have been very helpful. Only thing I would suggest is a better user friendly site. The documents listed does not let you view them. If we weren't suppose to use it then take it off the site so that its not accessible. Or rename it activities or something but to name the link documents and ppl can't even open the documents in that location then why have it. Again I love this company, just making suggestions to make it MORE user friendly.

I found this organization by accident on the internet. I was in need of help with some debt and they were more than ready to help. I have been with them for about a year and results have been great. They have a program to follow and its so easy. I highly recommend them if your having any kind of financial difficultiesStart New Financial

I wish that i could give them zero stars. I called this organization in hopes of helping me with credit card debt. I had a wonderful experience with the gentleman that signed me up with my interactions with customer service when I needed my questions answered. I believe that i initiated the call to sign up in May and then I had to delay the program until September. My first payment came out on September 1st. and after thinking about it, I got nervous about the possibility that the creditors could possibly come back and sue me so I decided that this program was not for me. I immediately called and cancelled. The customer service rep was very nice and processed my request and, she told me that I would receive a text to confirm my cancellation and after that I would receive a full refund. My first payment was 330.00z I just received my refund, and I only received 180.00. I called customer service and I spoke to a gentleman that was nice in the beginning until I asked to speak to his supervisor. It turns out that i was charged fees for both legal and escrow from May until Sept even though I didn’t officially start the program until September. They collected my first payment of 330.00 and charged me for all 4 months even though the company had not negotiated with any of my creditors and when I cancelled the payment was still pending and had not officially hit my account. They don’t start negotiating with the creditors until the money hits your account. There was no need for the escrow or legal company until I officially started the program. When I tried to explain this to the rep today, he was very flippant and told me that I had no recourse and when ai asked to speak to his supervisor, he told me that a supervisor wouldn’t be able to help me. I told him to escalate it and a supervisor never called me. They took 150.00 from me for no reason and will not return it after I was assured that I would receive a full refund. I want to warn others about this company.Start New Financial

Hello ******* - Thank you sharing about your experience with Start New Financial. This is going to be fixed immediately, i.e. the appropriate steps will be taken so that you receive a full refund. Not an excuse but it gets a little tricky when there are third party transactions involved in the sense that the fees are not Start New Financial's to reverse. Regardless, this is a training issue that we will focus on to make sure our representatives are better prepared when situations like this arise. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. So far I only had a great experience. ******* was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and have more of a clear understanding as to how the process is like. I have a clear understanding as to where and how my monthly payment is being distributed to the creditors. Thank you again!Start New Financial
