      To Whom It May Concern:I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Village Motorsports. As a long-time customer who has purchased several bikes from your establishment over the past 20 years, I am appalled by the treatment I have received in regard to the warranty issues with my 2024 ***** Ruckus moped.The problems began when I brought the moped in to address several warranty issues, including a faulty fuel pump. Despite presenting this issue directly to the service technician, I was met with blatant misinformation. The technician claimed that the fuel pumps had been changed to electric models this year, which was the cause of the loud snapping noises and acceleration problems. This statement is entirely false, as I later confirmed. After returning to confront the issue, your team reluctantly agreed to fix the fuel pump.However, I am now facing resistance on another issue: the misalignment of the ignition. I have contacted multiple ***** dealers, all of whom confirmed that the outer metal on the ignition should not be misaligning to the point where the key cannot be inserted. One dealer even expressed shock that this issue could be dismissed as "normal." Yet, your team insists otherwise.This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the business I have brought to Village Motorsports over the years. I do not appreciate being lied to, nor do I appreciate the runaround I am getting from your service department. It is clear that the reluctance to address these issues stems from a desire to avoid the lower payout associated with warranty work. This is a clear case of "Bad Faith ********** and it is far from the standard I have come to expect from Village Motorsports.I have attached photos of the ignition issue that your team is currently refusing to fix. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. Failure to address these concerns will leave me with no choice but to escalate this issue further.

      Brought my snowmobile to dealership to have multiple new components programmed in with Ski-Doo software. Also instructed them to bleed the electronic oil pump. This can only be done with the manufacturers software. They failed to bleed it correctly and left air in the lines so that during its first few minutes of running since rebuilding the motor it was starved for oil. This caused scoring in my cylinders and a reduction of 10 psi compression. Met with management and was question about my knowledge and experience with rebuilding Motors. Have been doing my own mechanical work on quads and snowmobiles for 40 years. They went from that to accusing me of fabricating this story to get free parts from them! I was dumbfounded and did not expect such a thing to happen. You can question my abilities but not my integrity. I'm asking for parts including a cylinder and pistons. They offered to sell them to me at employee price. I brought them a motor in perfect condition and they return to me a damaged motor. I'm considering legal action. Also will try to reach the owner to tell him how his employees treat their customers. Would never take anything to them for any repair work. Stay away.

      I ordered a part from this company on May 29, 2022, when I received this part on June 7th, 2022 the part did not work. I immediately filed a return request, when I did not hear back from this I sent an email to customer service on June 14th, 2022. I received a response from a ************************* the following day. I emailed back and forth with him for about a month giving him different information, sending pictures of the part number etc trying to get a return label to ship the broken part back and get a refund. However, I have not heard anything back since July 13, 2022. I have since sent seven emails to ************************* as well as the customer service department over the last two months, I have not heard anything back from anyone. I just want to get a full refund for a part that was delivered to me broken. I can forward all email correspondence if needed.

      This complaint occurred with one of our other departments. I am the department head for the service department. I spoke with the head of that department and the part was an electronic part which is noted that when purchased they cannot be returned especially after installation. An attempt to return the part to the manufacturer ******* was made but they denied the return under the grounds that it was an installed electrical part, not installed by a certified dealer but by the consumer. That is all the information I have at this time on this issue.
