On July 1, 2022 I went into Summit Place Kia ***** with a family member as they were looking to sale they vehicle back to **** *** did not want to buy her vehicle they wanted to by mine however I was not looking to sale my vehicle to them. I was pressured into trading in my vehicle I was not employed at the time had no income coming in and could not afford to pay a higher car note then I had been. I expressed that I did not want to trade in my car to the sales guy while speaking with the sales guy the sale manager and another sales guy came over to talk me into getting a new vehicle after constantly telling the sales manger that I cannot afford to pay anything higher than the $432.33 I was paying he then advised me to sell bottles of water to make up the difference. He then went to his desk came back and said that if he could get them to buy back both cars would I be willing to sale my car I again expressed that I could not afford the new used car. The sales manger went back to his desk came back and said they could use my family member income along with mine and my credit score to get the vehicle as they had did with my previous vehicle. I told the sales manger again that I could not afford the vehicle. Me and my children ended up being the last ones in the dealership as they were just pressuring and pushing me into signing paperwork my autistic son was tried, over stimulated, hungry and agitated alone with my other 3 children we were exhausted and ready to go home. After leaving there the next few days I called and even went back trying to give the vehicle back and I was told that I could not because the plate paperwork was submitted already. Then I was told that I had to go through the finance company they couldnt help me. I went for a update in may and I was told by one of the sales people that the guys that sold be the vehicle played me that they charged me more that the vehicle is worth and that I have GAP insurance to drive the vehicle into the river.

We bought a 2023 Kia ****** on 10/29/22. We were given one key FOB with the vehicle and told that *** sends them the second one after sale and they would mail it to us. After about a month we started calling every day to find out where the key FOB was. At first we were told they mailed it and after a week of not getting it we were then told that it was mailed by *** themselves and they have customers still waiting after 90 days. It has been almost 90 days and they no longer return our calls and we still do not have a second key that we were guaranteed to get within a few weeks after purchase.
