    My Toyota starter battery died. I took it to Toyota of Grand Rapids and told them I wanted it replaced. The authorization form I signed for the work to be done stated the cost for labor and parts would be $152.95. When the job had been completed I was presented with a bill for $376.84. There was no additional authorized work done. The billing price was more than twice the price of the authorization form I signed. Not OK.

    The service there is horrible. Wait time for anything you need is at least 2-3 hours. They broke a tire pressure sensor, and it took over 6 weeks, and many hours sitting in waiting room, and not fixed. Tried to sell me parts I did not need, because I heard noises in that tire. Turned out it was pieces of the sensor. Went to Belle tire and was fixed in 45 minutes. People were sleeping in chairs, and brought their own blankets and pillows. Ridiculous.Ordered my vehicle new in 2015, and paid cash. Never go to their service department.
