    I want to make a complaint on this page since I have been a client for many years since I am a creator and I have the best puppies in the ************* but it is very problematic that they are removing the accounts Only because other people are putting false testimonials and reporting the accounts of other sellers out of envy and at this moment Many accounts are already closed because there is a group of people from ***** who are making many accounts and reporting the accounts of others and it is not fair that they do nothing to the page and just say that they can't do anything and they don't want to activate your account.

    Hello,

    This user was banned from the site in 2022 for excessive negative testimonials regarding the health of their puppies. They have since continued to try and create new accounts using different names, emails, and phone numbers to bypass the ban. 

    This seller's desired settlement is 'No further contact by the business', and that will be adhered to if they stop creating new accounts on the site.

    On dev 28, 2024 I bought a dog that was supposed to be a Pomeranian but it is not. I have contacted the seller and she refuses to be anything about the problem.

    Hello,

    It's unfortunate that you did not have a good experience with that seller. You can post a testimonial on their seller account which might encourage them to provide an agreeable resolution to the situation. 

    If the seller did not follow their contract you could seek legal action if necessary.

    Your payment was made directly to the seller so Puppies.com is unable to refund money that we did not receive. You can try to dispute your payment through the avenue that you paid if you like.

    The breeder sold me a dog. She said it was a Pomeranian that would weigh 6 pounds full grown. It is not a Pomeranian. And it weighs 14 pounds full grown

    Hello,

    It's unfortunate that your dog did not turn out the way the seller told it would. If the seller did not follow their contract you can seek legal action against them if you feel it is necessary. You can also contact your local authorities to assist you in addressing the issue with the seller. 

    In order to try and get a refund you would need to dispute your payment through the avenue that you paid. Puppies.com does not receive any portion of the payment for dogs sold. All payments are handled directly with the seller.
