    Don't bother, was needed to sell my home quickly. I got into a contract with Ronald. Which was 30 to close on my home, we then put in an offer on the home we wanted and then had ronald tell us we needed to sign a new contract and he needed 60 days to close....? On a cash offer. Total waste of time. I'm highly disappointed.

I'd like to clarify the circumstances: you had already secured another residence before reaching out to us to sell your current property. After your initial phone conversation with our rep, it became apparent that the condition of the property did not align with the expectations we had discussed. Given this mismatch, we mutually agreed to terminate our contract within the inspection period, which both parties entering into the agreement fully understood that we may not buy it unless the condition and land made sense. Subsequently, we extended an option to assist you in finding a suitable buyer within 60 days, but it seems this proposition caused some frustration. I hope this provides some context to the situation, and we empathize with any inconvenience you may have experienced. Best regards
