    I bought a Citadel Boss Shotgun from *********** on 4/9/22 (Saturday 6:49pm). I took the gun home only to find out it did not shoot or properly load rounds at all. They are closed Sunday so I returned First thing Monday morning. I was told they can't do anything for me and to return the following Monday to talk with the boss. So I did and I returned the next Monday. The Boss told me there was nothing he can do for me besides send it to the manufacturer. He refused refunds, trades, he told me and I quote "we are like a car dealership, once you buy a car you can't return it." The problem is I wouldn't ever of bought the shotgun if I knew it was broken. They have had made no kind of effort to contact me. I keep calling once a week asking and keep getting told they know nothing and it's still not there. It is now July 5th. It's been almost 3 months and I'm out 700$ and no shotgun still. Once this gun comes back also it's now a repaired gun not new and they won't do anything for me about that. This is no way for a buissness to treat customers. At this point all I want is a refund and to be done with them. I've patiently waited 3 months and still nothing.
