    What happened to this company. I have placed several orders over the years always great. Now YOU are AWFUL I ordered $100 in rocket tees on Oct 30, 2024, I’ve never received and I’ve emailed several times and through Instagram and Facebook and ZERO response. This company SUCKS, I’ve been charged and never received my products.

    Dec 30 2023 - I placed an (order *****). Said to allow 5 - 10 business days during busy periods. Jan 3 2024 - I received an email that it has been shipped (no tracking info provided). Jan 27 2024 - I emailed asking for a tracking number. I received an automated response committing to respond within 48 hours, that never happened. Feb 1 2024 - I received an email asking for a review. Feb 8 2024 - I received another email reminding me to leave a review. Feb 10 2024 - I emailed again. No response, not even an automated response. The items never arrived. It's quite a big order ($433.43). I'm still waiting for an actual email response from a human being and a tracking number. I have emailed again today. I ordered from this company years ago and love the shirts that I received. I didn't have any issues back then. There are many other 1 start reviews here now. Something has changed and I feel scammed.

    I ordered two tank tops from this company as soon as I open the package, I realized how cheaply made they were in contacted the company to get approval from them to be returned. I follow their instructions exactly and sent it to the address that was given it was sent back to me. I then emailed the company twice with no correspondence. I was hoping that it was the carrier that mistakenly sent it back so I resent it and it was sent back again. They never reached out to me and do not accept returns. Bad customer service. Very strange that they do not allow for reviews on their website.

    I ordered a single shirt back in November, and then another two shirts on December 2. We had an early Christmas with family and the shirts didnt arrive in time. I refused the packages when they finally arrived, letting the company know via email SEVERAL times. I have not received any communication, much less refunds for the products.

    Placed an order on 12/8. Payment cleared my account on the 8th. Website says my order is unfulfilled. I have emailed the email address 3 times and gave not heard back. I think I was scammed for $140 worth of shirts I bought for Christmas gifts

    Very disappointed. Contacted Customer Service immediately once shipping was confirmed to let them know I was moving and the product would not arrive prior to my move. I was told there was nothing they could do as the product was in transit. Seriously?!?! You prepared the shipment, have the courier/trucking and tracking info but can do nothing? When asked what my options were, I was told it would be looked into and someone would get back to me within 24 hours...it has been 8 weeks (1,344 hours) and no contact. Reading the comments below, I should not be surprised. Lesson learned.

    I received my order on Oct 18, 2023 and immediately noticed they duplicated a shirt and left out one that I paid for. They ONLY have an email to contact them so I did right away. No response. Tried again two days later with a return notice.. NOTHING, I tried again a few days later still nothing. I have been waiting 14 days for them to reply to ANY of my emails regarding whether I am going to receive my shirt I am missing, exchange this one for it or get my refund. The WORST customer service EVER... It's like nobody works there.
