            This company should be investigated for fraud. My issue is I spent $30 for a one year subscription to my vehicle service manual. I cant access the site content and if I do login and click Account, I get a page not found. Many people have the same issue. This site is all about selling you parts but there is nothing that a real service manual would have. Ive emailed them and havent heard back. Others said they called and the number was fake. I want a refund and hope someone can report them. This was the payment confirmation I received at the time. Payment Receipt This is a receipt for your Repair Surge manual purchase.             About a year ago, RepairSurge was fantastic for getting access to OEM-issued repair and service manuals for a fraction of the cost of buying it directly from the OEM, especially in the case of my Toyota vehicle. But, at some point in the past year, they changed things up and no longer have repair or service manuals for any vehicle. All that is available now are very basic owners manuals that come with the vehicle from the factory. Also, 99% of the time you can find a PDF copy of these basic manuals online entirely for free with a simple Google search. I've contacted customer support and all they have offered are 5 vouchers to be used on other vehicles. This would be great, except again there is literally nothing of practical use on RepairSurge.com. My theory is that they changed business tactics and opted to not pay any OEMs for the rights to OEM-issued repair/service manuals and have customers pay $30/year for information that is readily available online entirely for free. And when the customer complains, they just give you more vouchers for a completely useless product. There aren't even any procedures on basic oil changes, let alone how to replace a wheel bearing. Hell, it won't even tell me how to change a light bulb!!! Do NOT waste your money on this scam of a product!
