      on August 18, 2022 i made a purchase thru amazon.com for the Supernatural Trivial Pursuit Game costing a total of ******. I recieved the game on or around 8-25-2022. I opened it and it had no seal, the cards were un readable to to how small the text was and i submitted a request to return the item back to the seller for a refund. I sent out the product on 9-15-2022 from the ***********, ** post office. When i had not heard back from the company or had seen a refund on the Affirm loan i sent an email to do a check up to see if all was alright on 10-11-2022. According to the company the said they never received the item back. I then contacted the post office with no assistance. Several days later i received the product back in my personal mail box. The original label had been destroyed and all that was left was a portion of my home address. The game was still in the same condition i received it in. I then on 10-20-2022 sent the company an email to resend the product back. i was issued a 2nd return label and returned it back to the company which they received and took possession of on 11-12-2022. They offered the only send back method as a prepaid label for the **** which has been taking up to 20 days to return items. They acknowledged the received the item and i got back nothing stating that there was any damage to the product. However, they are refusing to issue a refund. After Amazon has told me on 4 separate occasions they will refund the amount of ******. The company is refusing to refund the item and they are currently reselling the game online ..... meaning...they are now going to make a profit off of me and someone else.......they are refusing to contact me for any form of refund...
