    Several emails and calls to the business without a refund. Their email is *********************************************************** On 8/4/2023 - I placed the order below on 7/9/23. My brother, *****************************, was placed in CCU overnight on 7/9 and you never made up or delivered the order. He passed away on 7/16. Someone from your establishment called me a few days after he passed and after learning hed passed, they said you would refund me but I still have not seen it. Please process this refund as soon as possible. Their response on 11/6 - Your refund has been processed. Your order was paid through ****** pay and we have no control over or have any report that comes back to us when we request your refund. I was not aware that it had not been processed on their end. I have tracked it down and the request to process the refund has been submitted again.I responded and told them that the debit card I used for the order was closed due to fraud report for a different purchase, so I asked them to refund me via PayPal.No response until I finally left a one-star review on Google.Their email on 11/7 - I cannot make a refund through paypal. This is not how I would have received payment. I have submitted this refund through Teleflora that will refund through your method of payment. It is the only way I have to handle this. If it does not process, get back to me and I will contact Teleflora again. I would also appreciate it if you would contact me and not through writing reviews. This was sent for processing when we told you it would be and I was not aware that you had not received it. I will help you get this resolved as soon as possible if it does not happen this time.Also, just so that you know what we did on our end to complete this order for you, we made your arrangement, attempted delivery multiple times until we were told he was discharged. On our end we do not receive information from any hospital about the patient's status. We do everything we possibly can to complete our customers' requests. (They lied here because when they called me after my brother died, they said the order was never made up.)My response to them on 11/7 - The woman who called my home when my brother first went into CCU told me the order was never made up. She offered a refund right then and there, so I dont know what happened about someone making up the order and trying multiple times because I asked the caller to just refund and cancel the order right then just a couple of days after the order. My brother passed away less than a week after this order was made. He was never discharged. After not receiving the refund for a while, I DID try to contact your company - via phone, email, and messages through your website. I had no way of knowing you were trying to refund me because NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME. No responses to my emails or calls, and I have voicemail on both of my phone numbers. Anyway, the original form of payment is no longer available. The debit card was canceled a few days ago because of an unrelated fraud report (which turned out to be unfounded!) I dont know why it didnt go through the first time you sent it because the card was still active until just a few days ago. Can you perhaps mail me a paper check or something? There must be some way.This has been the most difficult nearly 4 months now for me. I just want this behind me. Every time I have to deal with something related to him, it opens it up all over again. That is the last I heard from them!! I have emailed and left messages. They obviously refuse to refund me. Please help me get my ***** back. There is no reason they can't email me a check since the original form of payment is no longer available. I have the actual emails in Outlook format. I don't know if there is a way to upload those but if there is, I will be happy to. Thank you!
