If the meth heads and the criminals had not moved into Beeline Road Apartments 3 years ago my family would not be homeless today. If HHI the management company would have dealt with them the way they were supposed to the **** addicts and criminals would not have been able to cause all this destruction in so many lives. But they not only let these individuals stay at the apartment complex but they created an extremely unsafe and dangerous place for all of us who live there. *** and DHHS is not interested in the extreme amount of fraud that's taking place at this management company with the *** Department contracts they got. This property management company has been committing *** fraud and evicted my two little boys and I from our apartment at ********************** in retaliation for filing my formal complaint with *** in December 2021. Not only did they evict us out of retaliation for my filing my complaint with *** in December of 2021 but they then refused to allow me to get our possessions from our apartment when evicted us wrongly. They allowed their maintenance people to go through our things and pick what they wanted out of our things and then the new resident manager of HHI as of January 2022, ordered the maintenance people to take whatever was left of all we owned in the whole world put in a trailer and take it right to the local dump. Then they sent me a bill for $443 for the dump fee. I'm a 64 year old single father on SSDI limited income with a 8 and 11 year old who are now in ****** care in Ottawa County and I am homeless living in my car. Don't ever rent from these horrible people! No one cares anymore about truth or justice. Nothing has been done to protect my family when they had a duty to do so! Instead they choose to abuse my family and I even more.
