    Requested service to empty our tank for the first time. The driver/technician left the covers on our tanks damaged - driver screwed several lid screws through the base and left with several screws missing and us needing two new lids. I called the office and explained the issue and was promised the issues would be resolved. The company did not come out to fix the issue and we never heard from them again. Poor job and no concern after they get paid. Small note - the driver sat in our driveway for 15 minutes with his shirt off - not that big of a big deal but amateurish and unprofessional and a bit gross.
