      I ordered 4 plants and when they arrived they looked like they had a to war. They were crushed and dying. I am not a novice and these 'icecicle' plants are usually a hardy plant. With crushed leaves and their poor condition, I could not bring them to life. Ido not recommend buying from this business.

      The plants that came in the mail from ***************** are not satisfactory and not worth the 53 dollars they charged my credit card. Two are just little twigs, and the root system is scant. I have tried to contact them but only get a full message box. I have written three times and no response. Their web pages says the offer return and refunds if not satisfied. I am not happy with the company.*******************************

      September 27, 2023 I bought some plants amounting to $141.59. After they were shipped ******* I followed their tracking and discovered that the box was stuck in a ***** facility. What I could glean from the notes was that ***** was trying to deliver to an incorrect address. I emailed "****" ***************** and told him this. The box finally arrived after 13 days shipping (it was supposed to be 3-5 days). The plants were completely dried out and many of them were just heaps of mold. The others had some green on top but were very moldy on the bottom. I took many photos of this delivery and sent them to **** and asked for a refund. Never received a reply to either email. I've read complaints that this often happens (no reply) I decided to enter a complaint here. This isn't the usual practice of online plant nurseries that I've witnessed in the two decades I've been buying plants online and I'd like to warn off other customers so that they do not have the same experience. If something can be done to get my refund that would be great. Any reputable company offers refunds immediately in such a situation.

      On 8/11/23 I placed an order for 4 coneflower plants.I paid $65.95 including shipping. When plants arrived, 2 were okay and 2 were near death., one had 2 brownish leaves, the other was 2 tall and sickly. They were in such bad shape they should not have been sold .I contacted them immediately, sent photos and requested a refund, **** deferred me saying they were about to shoot.. After a month there was no growth and they were barely alive, sent pics again, and **** denied they were dying but said to contact him if I had any problems. I did contact him again after 2 months, this time no response.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS, beware the positive reviews.

      I placed an order Sept. 23. I found out an hour later that I'd overdrawn my account, and sent ***************** an email the same day asking **** to cancel my order. He did not respond until several days later, when he told me they'd shipped. When I received them last night, they all looked dead except for one. When I sent him pictures and asked for reimbursement, he said they were great plants and will grow. This is 100% guaranteed, but he doesn't stand behind it.

      I ordered 2 plants on 6/30/23 & rcvd a confirmation email on my order #*****. I rqstd a 7/3/23 ship date. Since ordering, I have not heard anything from thus company despite 2 emails and a phone msg. No one responds or picks up the phone. I am owed a full refund!

      I ordered plants from New Garden plants in May of this year. They have sent the tracking number when they shipped it. When ***** site showed "delivered", it had a picture of someone else's door and I have not received anything. I called ***** and they said that the package with this tracking number was supposed to be delivered to a different address. I contacted New Garden plants and they said that they will re-ship the flowers. They have not re-shipped anything and stopped answering my emails (there is no way to contact them over the phone).

      I ordered six plants plants that were not the correct plants and one plant that was very tiny. I was offered a 100% guarantee. When contacting the owner via their website address, no response was made to me to work out the details.

      I ordered two live plants from ***************** on July 31, 2022. My credit card was charged immediately, but as of today (August 18, 2022), the plants have not been received. I have emailed the company three times, but they do not respond. I have called them, but there is only a recording with no way to leave a message or speak to a person. I am afraid the business is a scam since there is no way to communicate with them.

      Placed an order on 05/17/22. The order was never received. I've emailed numerous times. I've called -- the message tells you to email, the mailbox is full, and it is impossible to speak to anyone.
