      My order was placed on January 3rd. I paid ****** for my order. I still have not received it as of mid April. I was perfectly fine with waiting the 4 weeks processing time. A label was printed out on february 6th but the **** has STILL not yet received my package. I reached out to the seller countless times over instagram and email i never received any communication of any kind. The seller would delete my comment and i was blocked. I was very nice in all of my messages. I was trying to get contact on my order that was placed MONTHS AGO

      I ordered on November 19. I paid ***** for my order. Ill purchased a grapejuice, vineyard, crewneck. I have tried contacting the seller since January 12 with no response whatsoever while she has been active on social media platforms. My order number is *****. I have not received my order nor have I received any sort of reply to figure out where my order is or if I could get a refund and I have a **** shipping label but nothing further.

      On January 11, 2023, I ordered the product "The ****** Embroidered Crewneck" for $60.48 including shipping and tax. I received a shipping notification on February 5, and since then the tracking has just said "Label Created." This is substantially over the 4 week processing time advertised on the company's website. I reached out to the company via email February 22 and did not receive a response. I then direct messaged the company on Instagram on February 27 and then March 3, again no response. I emailed one more time March 9, and the company still has not answered. I just would like a full refund at this point. They took money from me, didn't give me a product, and are unwilling to work with me to find a resolution.

      I bought two sweatshirts from Splendid Threads Co on November 19, 2022. I paid $50 for each sweatshirt, for a total of $100 ($107 with taxes). There is a known 3-4 week processing time upon purchase that the seller makes clear. Then I received an email from ********************* of Splendid Threads Co on December 5th, 2022 about one of the sweatshirts I purchased. I was being notified of two different options related to the sweatshirt color as they were out of stock. I replied to this on December 5th with my answer. On December 6th, I received an email stating the order had been shipped. Into January, I still had not received my order so on January 11th, 2023 I emailed inquiring about the shipping date. I received no response. Since I did not receive a response through email, I messaged the "splendidthreadsco" instagram account on February 27th about my order. Again, no response from the seller. I emailed again on March 2nd, 2023 inquiring about an update on my order and still have not received a response. I then sent another message through the instagram chat on March 3rd asking for a refund. No response. Today March 7th, I decided to leave a comment on the most recent post of the instagram page that was posted 2 days ago. I left a comment about receiving no responses via email or messages and another instagram user responded to me. This user informed me that she has not been able to get a hold of the seller either. I then tried to comment back and the post was removed. Both my comment and the response by the other instagram user had been deleted by the seller. I was able to get a screenshot of our comments prior to that. This was deleted VERY quickly by the seller as is apparent in the screenshot. I will attach all these supporting documents (emails, messages, comments) and a screenshot of the most recent instagram post I am referring to. I would like a full refund from this seller.

      I placed an order at www.splendidthreadsco.com on 2/1/2023 in the amount of $43.63 and received a confirmation email for the order. I received a second email on 2/5/2023 saying that the order was on the way. I have not received the package, and the **** tracking link in the email states that **** is still awaiting the item. Nothing has been shipped. I sent 3 emails and direct messaged the store's Instagram account and have not received any responses.

      I purchased a sweatshirt for my daughter n 11/14/2022. This was suplsed to be one of her bigger Christmas gifts since it was $54. On 12/10/2022, a shipping label was finally created, and I was relieved thinkomg I would get it in to for Christmas. Well, it was never actually shipped. I emailed her and asked when she would send it. No answer. Christmas came and went and I emailed her again. No answer. I sent her a message on Instagram, she blocked me. I have sent about 10 emails asking for my money back, and haven't recieved any answers. I can't do anything through the card company, so I am relying on this their of a person to give my money back, and clearly she has no intention of doing so.

      I ordered from this business on 10/29/22 and spent $158.74, i was advised products would have a 6 week processing time and would arrive by christmas. 6 weeks came and went and I had heard nothing until 12/1/22 when i received a **** tracking number via the shop app that showed my order was in pre-shipment. On 12/16 my order still had not shipped now had I heard anything. I emailed her via her email listed on her instagram and received no response, I also contacted her via the ship app and received no response. On 12/18, I opened a claim with my bank as I had yet to receive my product and was now out of $158.74. That claim closed on 2/17/23. I called my bank as that have now taking back my $158.74, they advised this seller provided proof of delivery and directed me to contact them. I have been unable to be in contact with this seller and they still have not produced my product. Here is my **** tracking number i received from this seller ******************************. This tracking number still shows pre-shipment meaning I have yet to receive my product or a refund. I ordered 3 embroidered t-shirts, 18k gold plated earrings, freshwater ***** and gold bracelet, and 4 claw clips. I have not received any of the listed products.

      My mom ordered a 54$ sweatshirt through this company for Christmas. The sweatshirt was never shipped and my mom emailed the company and reached out through social media as well, but was blocked. There are loads of comments stating that they are having the same issue as us, and the company just deletes the comments. I have also emailed and messaged them and still have yet to receive a response. I wish we had known beforehand that they are scammers.

      I purchased 2 karma is my boyfriend sweaters from Splendid Threads Co on November 25, 2022 and was immediately charged $141.75 on my ***** On December 15, 2022 I got an email that stated, a shipment from order #***** is on the way. This email detailed the items in the shipment and the **** number (******************************) to track it. The splendid threads website stated that orders shipped within 3-4 weeks, so I figured Id get my order just before December 25, 2022. Today is February 9, 2023 and I have yet to receive my order. *** reached out to the business 3 times. I attempted contacting her through email twice (January 9, 2023 and February 1, 2023) and reached out through her Instagram on February 8. I have received no response. The business owner has not tried to resolve this issue and I dont think she will ever try to contact me. At this point *** made peace with the fact I wont receive these sweaters. I would like a refund and to warn future customers from buying from this business.

      Ordered a "Soft Goods" sweathshirt on 12/9/22. Told product would ship in 3-4 weeks. Was charged $50 plus shipping and taxes on/12/10/22. Got an email on 12/30/22 with *** tracking info. Tracking is stuck in 'label created' since 12/30/22. Emailed the company 3 times, no response.
