    House veal for repairs 2022 I zelle so much each week total ***** for roof, repair garage and back porch. **** said this would be for material and work he was suppose to start sept of 2022 but was busy rescheduled till July he was busy again **** schedule work for sept 7 ******************************************************************* hospital need a little time to figure out I said ok but if your not able please send back my money.I texted in oct trying to give time no response mid oct I text and ask for money back no response oct 15 drove to ******* talked with him in person I told him to give me my ***** back he said let me see what I can do and I will get with you. Week later no response I text he says more bad news theres no money in the account.I ask where money went and he needs to repay me or get crew here he said good luck

    ****** approached me early 2022 regarding repair work for her roof. I visited the home and gave her an estimate. I stated that she needed about $20,000 before I was going to start the work. I did not want to do the work in the wintertime, as it's even more dangerous because the home needed extensive repair. She started sending money through Zelle. She never sent enough money for me to even buy the materials, so I told her we will need to postpone the work as it was close to winter.

    I checked my bank account and could only go back six months. The claim of her sending me $23,600 is false. The dates and amounts are as follows:

    4/10/23 - $300

    6/9/23 - $500

    7/7/23 - $600

    7/19/23 - $1200

    I had every intention to do the work as discussed. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma in early 2023. I have not been able to work since then. ****** recently contacted me late October regarding the work. I explained to her the situation about my health. She has also been calling me quite frequently and even showed up to my house unannounced. Her claim of me being unresponsive isn't true. I have been responding to her text messages and even told her I will pay her the money she gave me back as soon as I can.

    Oct **** send me a text stating well theres more bad news theres no money in that account. I ask where money went no sure if he tranfreed to his personal account.

    i Am now a little at a time *************** and have to wait till next year for roof and a reliable contractor,what options do I have to get my ***** back

    I have all my bank statements zelle and payments made in cash work was scheduled for Sept 7 my lawyer will be in touch
