I am a nurse who is out of work due to an injury. On top of that it's the holiday season. On 12-14-2022 I started searching for a program I could use at Budget tire to help finance my tires. I found snap finance. I downloaded the app, looked for local tire shops that used snap finance and found that budget tire was on snap finance app as an approved company that participated with the program. I applied and was approved for *******. I then called budget tire, asked if they had my size tires in stock, they stated they would have to order them. I told the gentleman I had snap finance already approved for their shop and to please order them.(2500HD diesel, Chevrolet Silverado). I waited for 2 days, they called and stated they had come in.I went in and was told only 1 tire had come in. I drove the 20 miles back home. 2 hours later I was called and told the other 3 had come in, so I drove back. The tires were put on my truck and when I went to pay with snap finance, the worker told me he had tried with 3 other customers and it wasn't going through. Even though he had been made aware that's the payment source I had. He made me call snap finance and after 2 hours and 20 different attempts to run snap, we couldn't get it to work. I then used snap to order a shirt online just to make sure it wasn't an issue with snap, it went through successful. The manager inside budget told me oh well, don't know what to tell you, you need to pay for them a different way. I told him i didn't have the money. He didn't care. I then started calling my credit cards to piece together the money, and went inside to run it different ways. Their machine then rejected my credit cards, all of them. I had to call a friend and ask to borrow money (*******) and wired it to my debit card. After paying for them the manager then said he would call and get the charges reversed & put onto snap card, he would call me next day. He never did that & now is ignoring my calls. This needs to be fixed immediately.

I arrived there originally to have a tire put on my vehicle. They put a tire on my vehicle and attempted to start the vehicle afterwards. The vehicle didnt start and the worker put jumper cables on my alternator in the front part of my car and also cables in the trunk part where my battery is located. The vehicle started smoking badly and afterwards they snatched the cables off the vehicle completely and told me that it wont start and they cant do nothing about it. My car was running fine when I brought the car there and after they messed my car up they was completely rude to me and was saying that I got to get my car from off there property as soon as possible before it gets towed.I spent 75 on a tow truck because they messed up my vehicle and returned it back to me smoking and damaged. I didnt give permission at all for them to even jump my car and they did what they wanted to on there own and was very unprofessional and rude to me.

Approx 1 year ago I took my car 06 HHR to Lapeer ** Location. Mainly tires but price on brakes. Ended up needing pads, rotors and 1 caliper RH Front. A few months later a steering wheel jerk while braking, took it back and thought a warped rotor, they told me lower control arm. I said sure, knowing it wouldn't solve it in my gut, they replaced but the car still had the jerking. Warrantied the rotor and pads (RF only), issue solved. a few months later, same jerking motion and while it's rare to have a bad caliper, they have 1. Was very kind but met with harshness and they were only going to replace pads and rotor RF again. I stated it has to be the caliper, telling them not your fault they gave you a bad one but it needs to be replaced. Treated very poorly and told all of the things I would have to replace if I came back again. Current day, a few months later, no jerking but a squeak LF, so myself going to do a pad replace. They over torqued the lug nuts so bad that they are breaking instead of coming off. This is MY MONEY MAKING CAR DoorDash, and will need to be towed somewhere for repair. I did write the Corp email address an email over the caliper replace incident, no reply. I gave them a chance overnight tonight to respond again with current day issues.

The problem is, firstly the shop is right by a mobile home park. The actual problem is every morning (up to an hour before they open) someone that works up there, someone that has their subwoofers in their car going really loud. They just sit there waiting for it to open, speakers banging loud. They also tend to have it going mid day (possibly lunch) and definitely up to 25 minutes before the place closes (the whole wait)We have called up there numerous times. We were told it's no one there, even though we can look out the window and the vehicle just sits there by the semi trailer. It's so frustrating, and completely unprofessional for a business. People should not be getting awoken out of their sleep. We want it to stop, and can't seem to find the owners of the property to complain. There was also another instance when a family member had her wallet stolen right out of her glove box (cops called and everything) but that's a whole separate incident, and the purpose of this complaint is the loud subwoofer speakers. It's showing on here a ******** mi store. We selected the ******* store. The correct address of this complaint is ****************************************

I purchased a set of tires in May of 2021. In July of 2021, the engine blew on my vehicle, rendering it not drivable for 3 months while the engine was repaired. Over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2021, while driving through Ohio, the entire right front wheel fell off my vehicle while I was driving. When it fell off, the bolts were also cut in half. We were able to find the wheel in the weeds and bring it with us. We drove 96 miles to ************ on a donut. The Friday following Thanksgiving, my vehicle was taken to a shop to be repaired. The shop owner was able to repair the wheel and let us know the reason the wheel fell off was because the bolts were not torqued properly by the shop who put the tires on the vehicle. Further, two of the four tires Budget Tire sold to me were dry rotted and needed to be replaced. The total amount to repair my vehicle was $221. I called Budget Tire and explained what happened. As we were out of state, we were told by a manager to bring the invoice into them upon our return home and they would comp the tires. We went into Budget Tire this morning with the receipt, as we were told to do, and we were told without a tire, they would not compensate anything. We were told that whomever we spoke to gave us "bad" information and without a Tire, there was nothing they would do. We also provided photos of the tires in question, but that was also not enough. The shop owner in ************ has kept the bad tires and agreed to do so until this has been resolved. We also offered to have the tires shipped to Budget Tire at their cost to ship, and they would not entertain that idea either.

Budget tire broke a part on my car and charge me to fix it. It was working when I took it in and now it's undrivable.
