two of the sport bras came in the mail pull one out of package it does not have enough padding, try to do a return and it said final sale i would just like my money back because i do not like these sport bras

As we mentioned in our email communications to you, items purchased from the Last Chance category are exempt from the 30-day return policy. We would like to help you and make an exception to this policy by offering you in-store credit to use toward a future purchase. I did not know it was a last chance sale, I just saw sale and just order. In their e-mail from BBB, it was said that SHEFIT had communicate with me which is not true. I have not gotten any e-mail from SHEFIT, I just want to send the product back and my money refund back to me, I do not want a store credit because I will not be order anything else from this company. When other ask me what sport bra I use, I will tell them not to order from SHEFIT word of mouth can be a good thing for a company or a bad thing for a company.

If you are Canadian DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The shipping is already quite expensive as is, but when I received the package the import fees ended up costing me as much as the product itself. I called customer support but they were unhelpful. I decided to return the product and get a refund due to the unreasonable shipping fees, only to later discover that 35 dollars were deducted from the refund I received. Ultimately I paid 35 dollars for absolutely nothing aside from disappointment and a headache.

As we mentioned in our replies to your inquiries, SHEFIT is not able to estimate or include the duties and import fees that the Canadian Border Services Agency charges Canadian residents for imported purchases. We include this information on our website help center, see below as well.

If your address is not correct on your order and the package is sent back to SHEFIT, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Initial shipping fees are not refunded if the item is sent back and a refund or exchange is requested as that shipping service has already been utilized. This was not a penalty charge, we did not charge the $20 restocking fee as mentioned in the terms above.
