The high support bras did not have enough fabric to cover my full breasts. The zippers are really hard to pull up too. I returned everything. FYI. You have to pay a processing fee to return. I took the return to USPS and follwed SHEFIT instructions, used their label. Unused, with packaging and labels. Still no refund & ShopPay payments still being taken. I'm filling dispute on the charges. What a hassle. They need to do better, in this age of Amazon and Walmart, I am certainly not accustomed to this type of delay and find it unacceptable.Shefit

Hi *****, thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that the size you purchased didnt work out. Our Fit Experts are always here to help with sizing, and we encourage customers to reach out so we can offer guidance before an order is placed. It doesnt appear that we received any inquiries from you prior to your purchase. We aim to be as transparent as possible, which is why our Return Policy is clearly stated on our FAQ pageso customers can make informed decisions. For your convenience, we provide a return label, but like any standard retailer, we do need to receive and process returned items before issuing a refund. Shipping timelines are unfortunately outside of our control, and delays with the postal service, while frustrating, are not uncommon. That said, we did receive your return today and promptly processed your refund. The funds were issued back to Shop Pay, and they will complete the refund process on their end. Were a small teamnot a large corporationand we truly strive to handle every order and return with care and efficiency. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to provide the best service possible.Review fromNichole R

Shefit Bra 2024 Fall Sale - False Advertisement I purchased five bras from Shefit on December 2, 2024, based on recommendations and their advertised holiday sale. I carefully selected bras from the "Everyday Bras" page, relying on the clearly stated return policy, which allowed returns or exchanges within 30 days if the bra didnt work, no questions asked.Despite following Shefit's sizing guide, the bras didnt fitthey were cutting into my ribs. When I emailed for an exchange, Shefit claimed the bras were final sale due to being discounted 40% or more, citing information supposedly available on the product page and FAQ. However, there were no such disclaimers or asterisks indicating these bras were non-returnable on the page I ordered from. After I provided screenshots of the original return policy visible at the time of purchase, Shefit reiterated their "final sale" policy, maintaining that items discounted at 40%+ are non-returnable. Interestingly, they updated the product pages to reflect this policy only after my complaint, as seen in a timestamped edit. The updated text now states: FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.This lack of transparency feels deceptive, leaving customers unaware of the hidden restrictions during purchase. It's concerning how many people may have unknowingly bought these items under the impression they could return or exchange them.Shefits actionschanging their policies retroactively and refusing exchangessuggest shady business practices. For anyone considering buying from Shefit, be aware that sale items, regardless of the advertised policies at the time, may not be returnable. This has been a frustrating experience, and I caution others to double-check all fine print before ************* my opinion, Shefit owes everyone affected by this misleading practice the opportunity to return or exchange their products as originally promised. I am disputing the charge with my bank and recommend all to do so too!Shefit

Hi *******, were truly sorry to hear that your bras didnt fit as expected. We completely understand how frustrating that can be.
To help our customers make informed decisions, we provide information about return eligibility directly on the product page, including whether an item is final sale. Additionally, our FAQ page explains that items discounted by more than 40% are considered final sale, meaning they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. There is also a link in your order confirmation email that links to our Return Policy. We value your feedback!Review fromGerri L

******! ******! BEWARE!!! Dont place an order with this company unless you absolutely cant live without these bras! I placed an order for 3 bras during a Black Friday sale. After receiving my order I decided the bras had to go back. They did not provide comfort for me with my body type. With this being said I tried to return the items only to find out if you buy at 40% off the items are NOT RETURNABLE at all!!!! I tried to reach customer service for 2 days to only be told this. Therefore BUYERS BEWARE!!!Shefit

I haven't loved the bra I ordered from SheFit a few years ago, but I decided to give them another try. I ordered the same bra in two different sizes during a recent sale, and made sure to check that they weren't final sale. Nowhere in checkout or my confirmation was it listed as final sale. They arrived, and I hated the bra in both sizes, went to return it and both were marked as final sale in the return portal. Reached out to customer service and got a template note back that anything discounted is final sale, even if they don't actually tell you that at checkout! The product is bad and the customer service is even worse - I wouldn't waste my time and money, and now I'm stuck with 2 bras that I don't want and out $90!Shefit

Were truly sorry to hear about your experience! After reviewing your order history, it appears that you purchased a new style we recently introduced, which differs from the style you ordered in 2019. We understand how frustrating this might be and appreciate your patience. We strive to provide as much information as possible upfront. Our FAQ page and the product page include details about our Returns and Exchanges policy, including whether an item is final sale. Additionally, the order confirmation email contains a link to our Return Policy for easy reference.Review fromJanis J

The fit experts is a complete joke!! I reached out to a fit expert before spending almost $50 on a final sale bra to be given the wrong size! The bra is rediculously big. I explained to customer service my issue and that I would not have purchased it if the fit expert didn't make me feel secure about my size to make the purchase. Super disappointed in this company for not taking responsibility for there fit experts bad advice!Shefit

Hi *****, We are sorry to hear this! We give recommendations based on the information we receive. The measurements provided via email, we would have recommended the Luxe size. We are sorry that your bra did not fit. We share information upfront with customers on the FAQ page and on the product page. Our policy specifies that items labeled as "Final Sale" or discounted by 40% or more are not eligible for exchanges or returns. This ensures we can maintain competitive prices for our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.Review fromJocelyn S

Bras run really small and they charge you an arm and a leg if they don't fit. I tried two bras that were on sale and cost about $78 and when I return them both I got like $53 back I knew it was going to cost $7 but they added another eight something so try on at your own risk but it's certainly going to cost youShefit

We genuinely empathize with your situation, and we appreciate your feedback. We do our best to provide clear information on our FAQ page so that customers know what to expect. We understand that sometimes this can be overlooked, but we encourage everyone to review it as part of the purchasing process.Additionally, the return fee is highlighted throughout the return process, so its important to be aware of that information. Sizing can indeed vary by brand, and we couldn't find any record of you completing the sizing quiz, which could have helped us recommend the best fit for you. Our Fit Experts are always here to assist, and we would have been more than happy to help you find the right size and style for your needs. Thank you for your understanding!Review fromM. S

I did not know it was a last chance sale, I just saw sale and just order. In their e-mail from BBB, it was said that SHEFIT had communicate with me which is not true. I have not gotten any e-mail from SHEFIT, I just want to send the product back and my money refund back to me, I do not want a store credit because I will not be order anything else from this company. When other ask me what sport bra I use, I will tell them not to order from SHEFIT word of mouth can be a good thing for a company or a bad thing for a company.
