I rented a room on 12/11/2022 and paid a $100 deposit in cash on top of the rate for the room. So a total of $175. I was placed in room # ***.I received a know on the door by police and management stating I have to leave and I was trespassed for 1 year. They claimed I had a guest that was causing problems but I didn't. The police didn't understand why I was being thrown out either. So, I left after only being there 4 hours. I was not given a refund or my $100 deposit. I also left my cell phone in the room, I called and spoke to the front desk who placed me on hold and confirmed that they found the cell phone. When I went to retrieve it the front desk worker said it belonged to someone else. So $175 dollars and my cell phone I lost.

    Business response

******** did not stay with us. ******** made a third party reservation for *************************. ************************* checked in personally with myself, and I am also the general manager. I know it was a female that made the reservation for him because ***** stated he didn't know about the deposit because a female friend made and paid for the reservation with her card. Upon their check in I could tell *****'s son was on drugs because of his eyes and body language, but I didn't want to discriminate or be rude so I still continued to allow them to check in and made sure they signed our hotel registration card as I read them out loud stating we have a 0 tolerance for drugs and violence.

Around midnight I received a call from my co manager and my night auditor about how *****'s son punched and broke the glass to our fire extinguisher and when my staff confronted him. *****'s son then physically asulted my staff member. I instructed my staff to call the police and trespass the son and take the deposit. ******** was not present during ***** and his son stay and therefore is making a fraudulent complaint. She also was not there to even talk to the police, but I will have no problem getting a police report as back up.

Also police and management do not leave notes and trespassing's on door. Police will only trespass when the culprit is present therefore she is completely lying in her statement.
