      I ordered a part from this business when the part arrived it was damaged I proceeded to follow their instructions online to file a complaint for product return and or replacement no one has responded from the online solution. Next step I called on several occasions speaking to a couple people about what happened no one knows how to process a reorder replacement and return of damaged part. I was told they would email me a return shipping label no email was sent. So I called back this past Friday spoke with a lady about issue she didnt now how to process since I bought shipping insurance on product since it was Friday I was told they would call me back By Monday no one has reached out. Order # ********

      I ordered a $200 item from Leaders RPM two weeks ago. The item was listed as in stock and ready to ship the same or following day. In fact, it's still listed that way. That was part of the appeal, as these parts are for a vehicle that takes part in events. I've emailed them multiple times. Called and left messages every day for a week. Absolutely zero response. So now I'm down $200 (my only recourse is to dispute the charge at this point). While I'm reasonably sure my credit card company will get me my money back, it's been a giant and aggravating waste of my time that's also made me miss events. I don't know who, if anyone, is running things over there, but so far it doesn't look like this is even a legitimate business. Or maybe they figure that they can't deliver bad customer service if they deliver no service of any sort at all. Do yourselves a favor and save yourselves the frustration of losing time and money with these people, if they even exist.

      Our attempts to reach our customer have not been successful by messaging or by phone. Customer has received the product and if he no longer would like it, is welcomed to return it via our no hassle, free return policy. We apologize that the manufacturer took longer than expected to ship the product.

      Ordered a boat propeller on May 30th and item said 5 to 7 day shipping I have had any emails with a shipping update or delay, not to be a ***** but I wana get back out on the water

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They called and tried to rectify it by offering 10% off coupon it's a nice thing and i respect it, they never sent it to my email though bit all is good

      I ordered an item (item number # ********)The item was approximately 160$ with shipping cost added on top. This item was ordered 2 weeks ago. I have not received an update so I decided to call 4 days ago. No response, so I left a message. I also emailed, no response. At this point I just want a refund, but guess what...I cannot get communication from anyone at this business. I need help!

      August 22 of 22. I purchased a glass windshield online from *********** **** w main Kalamazoo ** *****. ************ here it is six months and four days and the windshield cracked when I was opening it up. Nothing hit it I was opening it up its a flip out windshield call and they told me that theyre sorry its five days out of warranty. They cant do anything for me, I think this is unacceptable. Looking for help with the situation.

      I purchased two control cables from Leaders RPM through Amazon. I no longer needed the product so I canceled the order but they shipped them anyway. When I received the order, I filed for a return, sent the item back, and waited for it to arrive at the facility. When it arrived at Leaders RPM, I contacted them asking about my refund, they said they didnt receive anything. I told them that my return should have made it there by now, they looked again and sent me a message back stating that my return was revived and I should get a refund in 1-3 business days. 4 days go by and I contact them again, this was a Saturday so they messaged me back stating that they were out of the office and that I would receive a message Monday. I never got a return message, so I sent another one, and I never got a reply for that second message either. So I never got a message and ** still waiting for a refund

      Customer placed an Amazon order for a Prime Next Day shipment. Unfortunately, it had already left our facility before we had time to respond to the cancellation request.  The customer did not request a return through us or Amazon, but instead sent it back without notifying us or Amazon of the tracking number.Because of this, it initially did not look like a return was requested. Once we verified these items were returned, an employee that doesnt normally work in the department missed the step of refunding. This was not done in malice, but was a simple mistake. Normally, a refund would process in 1-3 business days, so the agent in charge of the case notified the customer to expect their funds in that timeframe. The customer then contacted over the weekend, when we are out of office. The agent dealing with this return was then out sick the next week.The customer has now been refunded in full.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  However, I did request a return through Amazon, and followed the directions that were given to me, which is why I sent the package back to the return facility, the accusation that I did not file a return through Amazon is false.
