February 26, ***************************************************************************************************** my PayPal as ordered. I emailed the company several times telling them to cancel this and to not deduct any money from my transaction and that I did NOT authorize this sale. All emails come back as undeliverable and I looked the company up and all the reviews State it is fraudulent.Initial Complaint

I ordered a neck massager over a month ago and have not received it. My transaction ID# is ******************. I tried searching for a status recently and could not find any information. I tried sending an email to their email address on file with Pay Pal, ******************************** and it came back as an undeliverable email address. The neck massager is listed by "Kitfityou" and that is who I was under the impression I was purchasing from. PayPal has this business listed as "She Swish Limited". This is absolutely a scam. In total, this cost $32.96. I would like a refund given this was not an exchange for a product. This was theft and clearly intentional. I regret not researching them first because whoever this company actually is, they are knowingly stealing from people.Initial Complaint

ordered 3 products on 11/21/22. shows shipped manually 11/26/22. there is a tracking number but it does not show the carrier. send 3 emails to support team but have not response. no way to contact. they are continually changing the name of the company. I have 3 different company names they are using. she swish limited as the seller, kitfityou as the website page, and smileyHomely kit shows on my billing statement.Initial Complaint

I had ordered eyebrow pencils that presumably did not wash off I work at *** I sweat my a** off I tried this one time I was in work a half an hour and I had no eyebrows because it washed off so I returned them and asked for my refund and Ive never gotten a response I just now Right this second found the supplier or the name of the supplier because I cannot recall where I got the eyebrows from pencil and I just now found the name of the company so I can pursue it I want my $29 back or I want eyebrow pencils that are not gonna wash offInitial Complaint
