    I placed a Christmas order for items from this place on 12/6. I got the package and wrapped it because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Well Im bad with waiting until Christmas so I made my husband open it earlier. Looking at the receipt, I immediately realized that they substituted an item without notifying me in the order. I called to go over this because its an item that I did not ask for, and the first ***** was rude. I called back and spoke to a manager, and during the phone call I realized two of my items out of my 12 item order that I paid ALMOST $100 on were missing. I went through the list with her on the phone, marked the items, and informed her that everything else arrived, however one smoked sausage and nuts werent there. She immediately got defensive, stating that this is a mom and pop shop and We check everything ourselves before shipping. I explained that I understand that however these items are missing. She accused me of lying. Why would I lie over 15 bucks out of a $97 order? This is a terrible establishment and this is my first and last time shopping there. All I wanted was a refund for the two missing items. **************** was horrible and that manager was the RUDEST ***** Ive ever spoken to.

    Order number 3280 was refunded for the Smoked Nuts that the flavor was substituted for and for the summer sausage that was missing for a total of $15.48

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, however they need to provide better customer service training to whoever manages this business. I will forgive the error but I will not forgive the disrespect.
