    We own a manufactured home and needed to have the pluming winterized before going on a long trip. We called the company and they performed this service. They said they had some problems and that we may need to replace some things when we returned. 3.5 months later we called the company again to de-winterize, which they did. At the end of that service, the tech said we need as new water heater as ours was now leaking and he capped it off as best he could. We ordered a new water heater that day and it was installed the next day. We paid for both services and were happy until we discovered that the water pressure in our shower and toilet were extremely low. We gave it several days, tried CLR in case it was a scale issue, then called the company for advice. The office person said she would talk to the plumber and get back to me. Two days later I called back, not having heard from her. When I said we were still having no pressure and had tried the suggestion she had made on the previous phone call with no luck, she immediately became defensive and said they couldn't be held responsible for this and it had nothing to do with either service. She handed the phone off to someone else who said this wasn't covered under warranty, I didn't know what I was talking about, and they weren't responsible. I think restoring water pressure should be covered in their service but my husband even told them we weren't looking to have this done for free. The owner(?) talked over me whenever I said anything then said I was hostile and he wouldn't work with me anymore and hung up.I am somewhat mystified because our previous experiences with this company had been good. I guess they just don't tolerate anyone questioning the completeness or quality of their work.

    Let me tell you the rest of the story. I am the owner of Accurate.We are a micro business that has been state licensed and insured since 1990.This home had a very old water heater.It was filled with deposits.Draining it was hard.Slow.Dewinterization always stirs up the dried sediments but this home was excessive.My guys for free went through her home cleaning screens and purging lines and customer knew she had these issues.They order and we install sealed combustion water heater and pressurize system.No leaks.Hot and cold to everywhere.Customer calls back to office days later saying she had reduced flow to her back bathroom shower and toilet bidet and that its our fault .We told her not our fault but would be glad to repair.She was yelling and then swore so thats my limit and I shut conversation down.The Park verified that debris in water heater is not our fault and we didnt deserve that treatment.I called back and said I would do it free to appease her.She decided to lie instead.I try hard to earn my stars but got no answer to swearing and nasty.
