    The company claims to have made delivery attempts on 9/8, 9/9 and 9/12. There were no notices left at the address on 9/8 or 9/9, I checked the status of the delivery on the 9th and saw that the final delivery attempt would be 9/12. On the ****** was on my porch waiting from 8AM to 12:50PM when I decided to check the status. The status claims a delivery attempt was made at 12:10PM, there was no driver at the delivery location at any point that day. I immediately called FedEx and they would not help.

    Hello *****,

    Our general policy is to attempt to deliver a package 3 times, then return it to the shipper. I have verified through *** tracking of the courier that they were at the customer location both 9/8 and 9/9. The *** is unavailable for 9/12 (this happens occasionally). However, when the customer called in to state he did not receive an attempt on 9/12 we sent it back out again with the courier on 9/14 and it was delivered. We try our best to deliver packages as quickly as possible. Going to the same location multiple times only costs us, as a company, more money and is usually less satisfying for the recipient as well. To that end, I also followed up with the courier to ensure we are following protocols and doing our best to deliver packages as soon as possible.  Hopefully this helps.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    First off my name isn't *****, take a minute to change that in your copy and paste snarky response.

    There was no notice left on any of the delivery attempts. On the day of the 3rd delivery attempt I watched a Penske truck stop at the end of my drive and the driver got out walked around the truck and then got back in and left. I didn't think much of this until the next day when the package was delivered in a, wait for it...

    Penske truck! 

    I had to adjust my work schedule multiple times to receive this package and would have completely missed it if I didn't check the tracking(NO notices were left). If drivers actually attempted to do their job right you might save your precious labor/fuel money.
