            THEY ARE PRACTICING WITHOUT A LICENSE AND WITHOUT A PHYSICAL ************** OFFICE. Which is against the laws via the ************** *********************** I tried filing at the Richland ****** Magistrate ******* but they cannot serve an PO Box and have to have a ** address. Additionally, Sylvan Homes is unlawfully and untruthfully charging me for missed maintenance appointments when their team is the one who never showed **. Ive submitted proof of this in the form of phone calls, texts, and emails. They have changed the dates of the missed appointments twice. Its been 11 months with no response back and continuous follow **** I am not allowed to speak with management and can only talk to costumer service which walks the line of being against the law per the ********************** as residents should have access to the Property Managers. Lastly, the employee show countersigned my lease is not licensed to countersign in the ***********************. I have more conversations via email of the past two months going back and forth with the costumer service department to receive a response from upper management, to receive license numbers, and the ** address.

            I started renting from sylvan homes in June 2023. When I moved in within the first month the city left notice of a violation of the water pipe in the front yard, which had a major leak into the street and down the block. Sylvan was made aware of issue immediately. Nothing was fixed. Fast forward a week or so our toilet stopped working. They were made aware. Then our drains in the entire house started backing up. Again they were made aware and did nothing. Sewage was backing up into the home. Finally someone was sent to do a fix which turned out to be only temporary. This sewage issue continues to happen as of Jan **** it has mot been resolved. We went a total of about 7 weeks since weve lived in the home without functioning plumbing and sewage backing up into the home. Where I reside with a child. Currently my water has been shut off by the city due to the broken water line in our front yard they refused to fix. The city has contacted sylvan, the health department has contacted sylvan, and nothing is being fixed. I have been without running water for a week now. BBB has been contacted as well. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS WHO DO MOR CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OR LIVING CONDITIONS OF THEIR PAYING TENETS
